India announced that precise strikes have been carried out against nine targets in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir to take down terror infrastructure. जागरण ब्यूरो, नई दिल्ली : मानसून के लिए अनुकूल स्थितियां बनने से पहले देशभर में तेज हवाओं के साथ बादल और बारिश का दौर जारी है। प्रशांत महासागर में ला-नीना का छोटी अवधि तक सक्रिय रहकर निरपेक्ष हो जाने का असर मौसम में अप्रत्याशित बदलाव के रूप में दिख रहा है। यह परिवर्तन ऐसा है कि भारत मौसम विभाग (आइएमडी) का पूर्वानुमान भी सटीक नहीं उतर रहा है।

प्रारंभ में कहा गया था कि अप्रैल और मई का महीना बेहद गर्म रहेगा। हीट वेव की संख्या अधिक एवं अवधि भी लंबी होगी, परंतु अभी तक ऐसा कुछ नहीं दिखा। देश के अधिकतर हिस्से में तेज हवा के साथ बारिश की स्थितियां बनी हुई हैं, जो लगभग पांच-छह दिनों तक जारी रह सकती हैं। यानी अगले 10 दिनों तक हीटवेव से राहत रहेगी।

12 मई तक बादलों की सक्रियता बनी रहेगी

उत्तर में हिमालय के निचले हिस्से में पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के रूप में चक्रवात संचरण, पूर्व में बंगाल की खाड़ी और पश्चिम में अरब सागर से आने वाली नमी युक्त हवाओं ने देश के बड़े हिस्से को प्रभावित कर रखा है। मौसम विज्ञानियों का मानना है कि इसके असर से उत्तर भारत के मैदानी क्षेत्रों में 12 मई तक बादलों की सक्रियता बनी रहेगी। जहां-तहां तेज आंधी के साथ बारिश भी होती रहेगी। इसके चलते हफ्तेभर तक तापमान में वृद्धि नहीं होगी।

हालांकि, दो-तीन दिनों के बाद बिहार-झारखंड एवं ओडिशा में बारिश बंद हो सकती है और हीट वेव की स्थिति बन सकती है। निजी एजेंसी स्काइमेट के अनुसार दस मई तक उत्तर-पश्चिम में हिमालय से लेकर मैदानों में आंधी के साथ बारिश होती रहेगी। पंजाब, हरियाणा, दिल्ली, उत्तर प्रदेश एवं मध्य प्रदेश के कई जिलों में बारिश और मेघ गर्जन की संभावना है।

ओला वृष्टि और तेज हवाएं भी क्षति पहुंचा सकती हैं। अभी गुजरात एवं राजस्थान समेत देश के कई हिस्से में चक्रवाती संचरण की स्थिति है। इसके चलते जहां-तहां भारी बारिश हो रही है। उत्तराखंड से लेकर आंध्र प्रदेश तक 70 से 100 किमी प्रतिघंटा की रफ्तार से हवा चल रही है। गुजरात में चार-पांच दिनों तक वर्षा का क्रम जारी रह सकता है।

समय से पहले दस्तक देगा मानसून

अंडमान सागर के दक्षिण और दक्षिण-पूर्वी बंगाल की खाड़ी की हलचल बता रही है कि इस बार भी मानसून जल्द आ सकता है।

मौसम विभाग ने इस क्षेत्र में 13 मई को मानसून की सक्रियता बढ़ने का अनुमान लगाया है। साथ ही यह भी बताया है कि हो सकता है इससे पहले भी सक्रिय हो जाए। भारत में दक्षिण-पश्चिम मानसून का आगमन केरल के रास्ते होता है। सामान्य तौर पर केरल के तट पर जून के पहले हफ्ते में मानसून दस्तक देता है। इसके पहले मई के दूसरे-तीसरे सप्ताह में अंडमान निकोबार में मानसून का आगमन होता है। पिछले वर्ष 30 मई को मानसून ने केरल में दस्तक दी थी।

मौसम विभाग का पूर्वानुमान बता रहा है कि इस बार भी समय से पहले आने का संकेत है। मौसम विभाग के पूर्वानुमान में कहा गया है कि मानसून 13 मई के आसपास दक्षिणी अंडमान सागर, दक्षिण-पूर्वी बंगाल की खाड़ी के कुछ हिस्सों और निकोबार आइलैंड की ओर बढ़ सकता है। पिछले वर्ष इस क्षेत्र में 15 मई को मानसून सक्रिय हुआ था।

श्रीलंका एवं भारत के बीच में केरल तट पर पहुंचने से पहले मानसून का अंडमान सागर पहला पड़ाव होता है। हालांकि भारत में मानसून के आगमन के बारे में अभी अनुमान लगाना सटीक नहीं होगा।
