जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। Bihar News: पटना हाई कोर्ट ने ग्राम कचहरी, रामपट्टी (मधुबनी) द्वारा 8 मार्च 2022 और 16 मार्च 2024 को पारित दोनों आदेशों को अवैध व बिना अधिकार क्षेत्र के करार देते हुए रद कर दिया।

न्यायाधीश राजेश कुमार वर्मा की एकलपीठ ने याचिकाकर्ता निरंजन मिश्रा की याचिका पर फैसला सुनाते हुए कहा कि ग्राम कचहरी ने “अधिकार, शीर्षक व स्वामित्व” से जुड़े प्रश्नों का निपटारा करने का प्रयास किया, जो बिहार पंचायत राज अधिनियम, 2006 की धारा 111 के तहत स्पष्ट रूप से निषिद्ध है।

वरीय अधिवक्ता बिनोदानंद मिश्रा ने कोर्ट को बताया कि ग्राम कचहरी ने याचिकाकर्ता की जमीन पर प्रतिवादी श्रीमंत मिश्रा को अवैध कब्जा बनाए रखने और 8,500 रुपये मुआवजा वसूलने का आदेश दिया था।

20 सितंबर 2021 को श्रीमंत मिश्रा ने ग्राम कचहरी में आवेदन कर आरोप लगाया कि निरंजन मिश्रा ने 1971 के पारिवारिक बंटवारे के बावजूद उनकी 1.5 धुर जमीन पर मकान बना लिया और 2.25 धुर भूमि का मौखिक लेन‑देन किया।

कचहरी ने बिना याचिकाकर्ता की दलील सुने आदेश पारित कर दिया। अदालत ने तर्क स्वीकार किया कि धारा  110 के अंतर्गत ग्राम कचहरी की सिविल अदालत के समकक्ष केवल सीमित प्रकार के वित्तीय एवं छोटे दावे (₹10,000 तक) और विभाजन के साधारण मामले ही सुन सकती है; “स्वामित्व व शीर्षक” से जुड़े मामले इसके अधिकार क्षेत्र से बाहर हैं।

न्यायालय ने अपने आदेश में कहा कि “जब कानून ने किसी प्राधिकरण को अधिकार नहीं दिया, तब वह निर्णय कैसे ले सकता है?” कोर्ट ने ग्राम कचहरी के आदेश को “अवैध एवं असंवैधानिक” ठहराते हुए रद कर दिया।

एएनआई, नई दिल्ली। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी नई दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में 'नवकार महामंत्र दिवस' कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुए। पीएम मोदी ने अन्य लोगों के साथ 'नवकार महामंत्र दिवस' कार्यक्रम में 'नवकार महामंत्र' का जाप किया। इसके बाद उन्होंने लोगों को संबोधित भी किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने सबसे पहले 9 संकल्पों पर बात की।

उन्होंने कहा साथियों जब आज इतनी बड़ी संख्या में नवकार महामंत्र का जाप किया तो मैं चाहता हूं सब ये 9 संकल्प लेकर जाएं-

कौन-कौन से 9 संकल्प?

• अब पहला संकल्प पानी बचाने का संकल्प है।
• फिर उन्होंने कहा दूसरा संकल्प है एक पेड़ मां के नाम।
• तीसरा संकल्प है साफ सफाई का।
• चौथा संकल्प है वोकल पर लोकल। उन्होंने कहा, जिस सामान में भारत की मिट्टी की महक है, हमें उसे खरीदना है और लोगों को भी प्रेरित करना है।
• पांचवां संकल्प- देश दर्शन
• छठां संकल्प-नेचरल फार्मिंग को अपनाना
• सांतवां संकल्प-खेलती लाइफस्टाइल को अपनाना, खानपान में
• आठवां संकल्प- अपनी जिंदगी में योगा और खेल को अपनाइए
• नौंवा संकल्प -गरीबों की मदद करना

भारत थमेगा नहीं ऊंचाई को छुएगा

इसके बाद पीएम मोदी ने कहा-मैंने लालकिले से कहा है- विकसित भारत यानी विकास भी, विरासत भी। एक ऐसा भारत जो रुकेगा नहीं, ऐसा भारत जो थमेगा नहीं। जो ऊंचाई छुएगा, लेकिन अपनी जड़ों से नहीं कटेगा।

'आध्यात्मिक शक्ति को अब भी अपने भीतर अनुभव कर रहा हूं'

पीएम मोदी ने आगे कहा, 'मैं नवकार महामंत्र की इस आध्यात्मिक शक्ति को अब भी अपने अंदर अनुभव कर रहा हूं। कुछ साल पूर्व मैं बंगलूरू में ऐसे ही एक सामुहिक मंत्रोच्चार का साक्षी बना था, आज वही अनुभूति हुई और उतनी ही गहराई में हुई।'

'एकता का संदेश है आयोजन'

पीएम ने कहा-नवकार महामंत्र इस विजडम का स्त्रोत बन सकता है, नई पीढ़ी के लिए ये मंत्र जप नहीं दिशा है। ये आयोजन एकता का संदेश बना है, जो कोई भारत माता की जय बोलता है, हमें उसे लेकर जाना है। अंत में अपना संबोधन को विराम देते हुए उन्होंने कहा , मैं जैन समाज, मुनि-महाराज को भी नमन करता हूं।

उन्होंने कहा कि नवकार महामंत्र एक मार्ग है। ऐसा मार्ग जो इंसान को भीतर से शुद्ध करता है, जो इंसान को सौहार्द की राह दिखाता है।

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has cut the repo rate by 25 basis points, bringing it down to 6%, after a three-day meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) held from 7 to 9 April 2025. This was the 54th MPC meeting, chaired by Governor Sanjay Malhotra.All members of the committee: Dr Nagesh Kumar, Saugata Bhattacharya, Prof Ram Singh, Dr Rajiv Ranjan, and M Rajeshwar Rao, unanimously voted in favour of the rate cut.As a result:The Standing Deposit Facility (SDF) rate is now 5.75%The Marginal Standing Facility (MSF) and Bank Rate stand at 6.25%The RBI also changed its policy stance from 'neutral' to 'accommodative'.Why the rate cut?The decision comes as global economic uncertainty increases due to recent trade tariff tensions, which have affected financial markets worldwide. The RBI said, "The global economic outlook is fast changing. Recent tariff measures have created new headwinds for growth and inflation."Falling crude oil prices, a dip in the dollar index, and stock market sell-offs have added to the worries.Growth outlookIndia’s GDP growth for 2025-26 is projected at 6.5%, slightly down due to global trade challenges. Here’s the quarter-wise forecast:Q1: 6.5%Q2: 6.7%Q3: 6.6%Q4: 6.3%The RBI said growth will be supported by:Rural and urban demandGovernment capital spendingStrong corporate and banking balance sheetsHowever, exports may suffer due to global slowdown, though services exports are expected to remain steady.InflationInflation has dropped sharply:Headline CPI inflation went down from 5.2% in December 2024 to 3.6% in February 2025Food inflation reached a 21-month low of 3.8%Fuel inflation stayed in deflationThe outlook for food inflation is looking good, thanks to:A record wheat harvestStrong pulse and kharif arrivalsA normal monsoon expectedCPI inflation for 2025-26 is projected at 4%, with quarterly figures as:Q1: 3.6%Q2: 3.9%Q3: 3.8%Q4: 4.4%The RBI said inflation risks are evenly balanced, but global uncertainty and weather changes may still pose risks.The next MPC meeting is scheduled for 4 to 6 June 2025.
