जागरण ब्यूरो, नई दिल्ली। पांच वर्ष बाद इस साल जून से एक बार फिर भारतीय तीर्थयात्री मानसरोवर की यात्रा पर जा सकेंगे। इस बारे में चीन और भारत के बीच पहले से ही बनी सहमति के बाद बुधवार को विदेश मंत्रालय ने लॉट्री सिस्टम के जरिए सौभाग्यशाली यात्रियों के नामों की घोषणा की।

विदेश मंत्रालय ने बताया है कि जून से अगस्त के बीच 50-50 यात्रियों का कुल 15 जत्था मानसरोवर यात्रा के लिए रवाना होगा। इनमें से 50-50 के पांच यात्री जत्था लिपुलेख के रास्ते मानसरोवर जाएंगे, जबकि 50-50 यात्रियों के 10 जत्थे अलग-अलग समय नाथु ला रूट से रवाना होंगे। यह भी बताया गया है कि दोनों मार्ग काफी हद तक कार से जाने लायक बना दिए गए हैं, इसलिए यात्रियों को बहुत ही कम यात्रा पैदल करनी होगी।

लॉट्री सिस्टम से निकाले नाम

यहां एक कार्यक्रम में विदेश राज्य मंत्री कीर्ति वर्द्धन सिंह में चयनित यात्रियों के नाम लॉट्री सिस्टम के जरिए निकाले। विदेश मंत्रालय का दावा है कि लॉट्री प्रणाली कंप्यूटर आधारित है, जो पूरी तरह से पारदर्शी है।

• इस साल कुल 5561 यात्रियों ने पंजीयन कराया था।
• इसमें 4024 पुरूष और 1537 महिलाएं थी।
• इसमें से 750 यात्रियों का चयन किया गया है।

2019 में बंद हुई थी कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा

सनद रहे कि वर्ष 2019 के बाद कोविड और भारत-चीन संबंधों के खराब होने की वजह से कैलाश मानसरोवर यात्रा बंद कर दी गई थी। इसको फिर से शुरू करने की सहमति अक्टूबर, 2024 में पीएम नरेन्द्र मोदी और राष्ट्रपति शी चिनफिंग की मुलाकात में बनी। तब दोनों नेताओं ने अप्रैल, 2020 से पूर्वी लद्दाख से सटे वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा (एलएसी) में चीनी सेना की घुसपैठ के बाद उपजे तनाव को समाप्त करने को सहमत हुए थे। इसके बाद जब दोनों देशों के विदेश मंत्रियों के बीच बैठक हुई थी तब कैलाश मानसरोवर को फिर से शुरू करने पर अंतिम फैसला हुआ था।

चीनी हथियारों का भारत पर हमले में इस्तेमाल

यहां यह भी बताते चलें कि मानसरोवर यात्रा को फिर से शुरू करने के फैसले पर तब अमल हो रहा है जब चीन आपरेशन सिंदूर के दौरान पाकिस्तान की समर्थन देने की बात कर चुका है। पाकिस्तान ने चीन से खरीदे गये हथियारों व मिसाइलों का इस्तेमाल भी किया गया है। एक दिन पहले ही चीन के विदेश मंत्री वांग यी की पाकिस्तान के उप प्रधानमंत्री और विदेश मंत्री ईशाक दार के साथ बैठक हुई है। इसमें चीन की तरफ से पाकिस्तान की सेना को और अत्याधुनिक हथियार व दुसरे सैन्य साजों-समान देने का वादा किया गया है।
