जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। बिहार लोक सेवा आयोग (BPSC Bharti 2025) कार्यालय में सहायक प्रशाखा पदाधिकारी के 41 पदाें पर नियुक्ति के लिए के लिए गुरुवार से ऑनलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

आयोग की वेबसाइट https://bpsc.bihar.gov.in/ पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन के लिए लिंक 23 जून तक अपलोड रहेगा। आवेदन, चयन प्रक्रिया, सिलेबस सहित विस्तृत जानकारी आयोग की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड कर दिया गया है।

प्रयोगशाला सहायक के 143 पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए 16 तक आवेदन

बिहार कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (बीएसएससी) प्रयोगशाला सहायक के 143 पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए 16 जून तक आनलाइन आवेदन स्वीकार करेगा। इसमें 48 सीटें महिला अभ्यर्थियों के लिए आरक्षित हैंं। वेबसाइट https://bssc.bihar.gov.in/ पर विस्तृत जानकारी अपलोड है।

आवेदन के लिए किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड या विश्वविद्यालय से इंटरमीडिएट विज्ञान में उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक है। सभी श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष निर्धारित है।

वहीं, सामान्य श्रेणी के अभ्यर्थियों के लिए अधिकतम उम्र सीमा 37 वर्ष निर्धारित है। सामान्य महिला, बीसी व ईबीसी अभ्यर्थियों को तीन वर्ष तथा एससी-एसटी को पांच वर्ष की अधिकतम आयु में छूट है। चयन, परीक्षा, आवेदन सहित सभी प्रक्रिया की जानकारी वेबसाइट पर अपलोड है।

राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। राज्य के सभी 81223 सरकारी विद्यालयों की एकेडमिक मॉनिटरिंग होगी। यह मॉनिटरिंग सरकारी टीचर्स ट्रेनिंग कालेजों के संकाय सदस्यों द्वारा की जाएगी।

इसके तहत हर कॉलेज के संकाय सदस्य अपने से टैग स्कूलों की एकेडमिक मूल्यांकन कार्य करेंगे एवं उसे एकेडमिक सपोर्ट भी करेंगे। शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता एवं विद्यार्थियों में गुणात्मक सुधार को लेकर इससे संबंधित निर्देश शिक्षा विभाग की ओर से मंगलवार को जारी किया गया।

राज्य शिक्षा शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद के निदेशक विनायक मिश्र के निर्देश के मुताबिक राज्य के सभी 40,556 प्राथमिक और 31297 मध्य विद्यालयों के साथ-साथ 9,360 माध्यमिक तथा उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयों की एकेडमिक मॉनिटरिंग से शिक्षण कार्य में और गुणात्मक सुधार आएगा।

इसके लिए राज्य के सभी अध्यापक शिक्षा महाविद्यालयों, जिला शिक्षा एवं प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों, प्राथमिक शिक्षक शिक्षा महाविद्यालयों एवं प्रखंड अध्यापक शिक्षा संस्थानों के प्राचार्यों को निर्देश दिया गया है।

निर्देश में प्राचार्यों से कहा गया है कि राज्य में कार्यरत शिक्षकों का सेवाकालीन आवासीय प्रशिक्षण अनवरत रूप से संचालित है। प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त शिक्षकों द्वारा विद्यालयी शिक्षण की संस्कृति में बदलाव के लिए सार्थक प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

प्रशिक्षित शिक्षकों के शिक्षण की प्रभावशीलता का अवलोकन करने एवं विद्यार्थियों में सीखने के स्तर का आकलन करने तथा सेवाकालीन प्रशिक्षण की सार्थकता के संदर्भ में विद्यालय का अनुश्रवण आवश्यक है।

अनुश्रवण व्यवस्था को सशक्त एवं प्रभावी बनाने के लिए शिक्षकों एवं बच्चों की उपस्थिति, आधारभूत संरचना, शैक्षणिक पाठ्य सहगामी गतिविधियों एवं वर्ग संचालन का भी सघन अनुश्रवण करने की आवश्यकता है।

प्राचार्यों को दिए गए निर्देश में कहा गया है कि सभी संकाय सदस्य अपने से टैग विद्यालयों को अनुसमर्थन देंगे व उसका अनुश्रवण करेंगे। इसकी रिपोर्ट निर्धारित फॉर्मेट में राज्य शिक्षा शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण परिषद को देंगे।

राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। दो साल की सजा मिलते ही भाजपा विधायक मिश्रीलाल यादव की विधानसभा सदस्यता स्वत: समाप्त हो गई है, लेकिन इसकी औचारिक घोषणा विधानसभा को न्यायालय के आदेश की प्रति मिलने के बाद ही होगी।

प्रति मिलते ही उनके सदस्यता की समाप्ति की अधिसूचना जारी हो जाएगी। उनके क्षेत्र अलीनगर को रिक्त घोषित कर दिया जाएगा, क्योंकि अक्टूबर-नवंबर में विधानसभा चुनाव होना है, इसलिए अलीनगर में उप चुनाव नहीं होगा।

सदस्यता समाप्त करने की अवधि 27 मई ही रहेगी। वे अगले छह साल तक किसी चुनाव में उम्मीदवार भी नहीं बन सकते हैं। पूर्व विधायक के नाते उन्हें पेंशन एवं अन्य देय सुविधां मिलती रहेंगी।

5 साल में तीसरे विधायर ने गंवाई सदस्यता

मिश्रीलाल यादव 2020-25 के बीच दो साल की सजा मिलने के कारण सदस्यता गंवाने वाले राज्य के तीसरे विधायक होंगे।

2022 में 10 साल की सजा मिलने के कारण मोकामा के तत्कालीन राजद विधायक अनंत सिंह की विस सदस्यता समाप्त हुई थी।

पिछले साल फरवरी में भोजपुर जिला के अगिआंव के भाकपा माले के विधायक मनोज मंजिल को भी सजा के आधार पर विस की सदस्यता गंवानी पड़ी थी।

राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। आदतन अपराध करने वाले बदमाशों की पहचान कर उनकी संपत्ति जब्त की जाएगी। प्रदेश के पुलिस महानिदेशक विनय कुमार ने मंगलवार को पुलिस मुख्यालय और क्षेत्रीय पदाधिकारियों के साथ आयोजित एक उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में यह निर्देश दिए।

अपराध की आय से अर्जित संपत्ति जब्त करें

डीजीपी ने समीक्षा बैठक में कहा कि जो भी आदतन अपराधी हैं, उनकी तत्काल पहचान करते हुए अपराध की आय से अर्जित संपत्ति जब्त करने का प्रस्ताव सौंपे। उन्होंने दो टूक शब्दों में कहा कि इस मामले में लापरवाही कतई बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। उन्होंने प्रस्ताव देने में सुस्त जिलों को फटकार लगाते हुए कहा जो समय सीमा तय है प्रस्ताव उसी के अंतर्गत दिए जाएं। रिपोर्ट के आधार पर नए आपराधिक कानूनों के तहत संपत्ति जब्त की जाएगी।

डीजीपी ने बैठक में विधि व्यवस्था की स्थिति, लंबित कांड, स्पीडी ट्रायल जैसे विषयों पर भी चर्चा की। विधि-व्यवस्था की समस्या को देखते हुए पुलिस पदाधिकारियों और इमरजेंसी पुलिस वाहन सही स्थान पर तैनात करने के निर्देश दिए।

आपातकालीन सूचनाओं पर कार्रवाई दो हजार वाहन तैनात

बताएं कि आपातकालीन सूचनाओं पर कार्रवाई के लिए करीब दो हजार वाहन प्रदेश में तैनात हैं। उन्होंने पुलिस रेस्पांस टाइम कम करने के भी निर्देश दिए। स्पीडी ट्रायल की समीक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने प्रमुख कांडों के अद्यतन जानकारी ली। इसके अलावा लंबित कांडों के निष्पादन में आ रही बाधाओं को दूर करने का निर्देश भी डीजीपी ने दिए। पुलिसकर्मियों पर हुए हमले की घटनाओं में कमी लाने के साथ ही दोषियों पर सख्त व त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए गये। बैठक में सभी रेंज आइजी, डीआइजी सहित अन्य क्षेत्रीय पदाधिकारी वीडियो कांफ्र ेंसिंग के माध्यम से जुड़े रहे।

बक्सर फायरिंग की जांच को ईओयू की टीम भेजी गई है

बैठक के बाद मीडिया से डीजीपी विनय ने कहा कि अपराध प्रत्येक घटनाओं की निरंतर मानीटरिंग हो रही है। बक्सर में फायरिंग की वजह से तीन मौत के मामले की जांच के लिए आर्थिक अपराध इकाई (ईओयू) की टीम को वहां भेजा गया है। सरकारी भूमि पर अवैध कब्जा को देखते हुए उस भूमि को कब्जे से मुक्त करने की कार्यवाही हो रही है।

पटना मामले में अपराधियों की हुई पहचान

पटना में फायरिंग की घटना पर बोले कि अपराधियों की पहचान कर ली गई है। कई डिटेन भी हुए हैं। उन्होंने ऐसी घटनाओं के लिए युवा वर्ग में अपराध की बढ़ती प्रवृत्ति को जिम्मेदार ठहराया। डीजीपी ने कहा कि इके सुधार में समाज और परिवार की भूमिका अहम है।

Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has recommended a final dividend of Rs 12 per equity share for the financial year 2024–25. The dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).The company's Board has also fixed July 25 as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the proposed dividend payout. Investors who hold LIC shares as of the record date will be eligible to receive the final dividend post-AGM approval.The dividend announcement follows a strong financial performance by LIC for the year ended March 2025. The company posted a profit after tax of Rs 48,151 crore, marking an 18.38% growth from Rs 40,676 crore in FY24. The total premium income stood at Rs 4,88,148 crore, up from Rs 4,75,070 crore in the previous year.LIC, India’s largest life insurer, continues to dominate the market with a 57% market share based on first-year premium income (FYPI). For the individual insurance segment, its market share stood at 37%, and for group insurance, it was 71%.The Board also announced that LIC has allocated Rs 56,190 crore as bonuses to policyholders for FY25, further highlighting its strong policyholder engagement. The insurer’s embedded value rose to Rs 7.76 lakh crore, up 6.81 percent from last year, while assets under management grew to Rs 54.5 lakh crore, showing a 6% increase.Another notable milestone for LIC this year was earning a Guinness World Record for the “most life insurance policies sold in 24 hours,” by selling over 5.88 lakh policies on January 20, 2025.LIC’s VNB (Value of New Business) increased to Rs 10,011 crore, while its VNB margin improved to 17.6%, showing strength in profitability. The company’s solvency ratio also improved to 2.11, indicating a solid financial cushion.In the fourth quarter, LIC reported a 38% YoY growth in its net profit at Rs 19,039 crore versus Rs 13,782 crore in the year ago period.
