राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। बारिश और आंधी-तूफान का असर बिजली पर भी देखने को मिलता है। तेज हवाओं की वजह से बिजली के खंभे टूट जाते हैं, जिसकी वजह से घंटों तक बिजली आपूर्ति बाधित रहती हैं। इन स्थितियों से निपटने के लिए ऊर्जा सचिव पंकज पाल ने बिजली बाधित होने की शिकायत का समाधान 30 मिनट के अंदर करने का निर्देश पेसू के इंजीनियरों को दिया है।

ऊर्जा मंत्री के निर्देश पर बैठक का हुआ आयोजन

पेसू द्वारा पटना और इसके आसपास के इलाके में बिजली आपूर्ति की व्यवस्था देखी जाती है। ऊर्जा मंत्री बिजेंद्र प्रसाद यादव के निर्देश पर शनिवार को इस बारे में ऊर्जा सचिव ने बैठक की। बैठक में एसबीपीडीसीएल के एमडी महेंद्र कुमार भी मौजूद थे।

फ्यूज कॉल सेंटर होंगे सशक्त

ऊर्जा सचिव ने कहा कि उपभोक्ता सेवा की गुणवत्ता में सुधार सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकताओं में एक है। इसके लिए फ्यूज कॉल सेंटर को तकनीकी दृष्टिकोण से और अधिक सशक्त बनाया जाए ताकि उपभोक्ताओं की शिकायतों का त्वरित निवारण किया जा सके।

फ्यूज कॉल सेंटर की संख्या भी बढ़ाई जाएगी

उन्होंने यह निर्देश दिया कि वर्तमान में काम कर रहे फ्यूज कॉल सेंटर की संख्या को बढ़ाया जाए। कॉल सेंटरों की कार्यक्षमता का पुनर्मूल्यांकन कर नए केंद्र स्थापित किए जाएं। आपात स्थिति में बिजली व्यवस्था को ठीक करने के लिए गाड़ियों की संख्या को बढ़ाया जाए।

बैठक के दौरान पेसू के अधिकारियों ने अतिरिक्त संसाधन उपलब्ध कराने की बात कही। ऊर्जा सचिव ने इस बारे में यथाशीघ्र कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया। समयबद्ध तरीके से इस काम को पूरा किए जाने का निर्देश दिया।

ऊर्जा सचिव ने यह निर्देश दिया कि शिकायतों की मॉनीटरिंग के लिए एक केंद्रीकृत प्रणाली को विकसित किया जाए। इससे वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों को रियल टाइम फीडबैक उपलब्ध हो सकेगा।

राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। चुनावी तैयारियों को तेजी से आगे बढ़ाती प्रदेश कांग्रेस ने अब चुनावी वार रूम का गठन कर दिया है। वार रूम में नए अध्यक्ष की नियुक्ति भी कर दी गई है।

प्रदेश कांग्रेस की ओर से तकनीकी वार रूम गठन के बाद इस वार रूम के संचालन के लिए अध्यक्ष पद पर नियुक्ति का प्रस्ताव केंद्रीय नेतृत्व को सौंपा था।

जिस पर विचार करने के बाद पार्टी ने कुमार गौरव को वार रूम का अध्यक्ष नियुक्त कर दिया है। इस संबंध में पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव केसी वेणुगोपाल ने आदेश जारी कर दिए हैं।

कांग्रेस के आधिकारिक सूत्रों ने बताया कि पार्टी ने फिलहाल तकनीकी वार रूम का गठन किया है। जिसमें अधिकांश केंद्रीय स्तर के पार्टी नेता शामिल हैं। पार्टी ने दावा किया है कि चुनावी घोषणा के बाद पार्टी के स्थानीय स्तर के नेताओं को शामिल करते हुए अलग से एक वार रूम गठित किया जाएगा।

जो पार्टी के लिए प्रचार, बूथ प्रबंधन, नेताओं की चुनावी सभाओं का प्रबंधन देखेगा। फिलहाल वार रूम का कार्य पार्टी द्वारा जारी किए गए क्यूआर कोड के जरिये प्राप्त हो रहे टिकट अभ्यर्थियों के आवेदन की स्क्रीनिंग है।

बता दें कि पार्टी ने इस चुनाव टिकट वितरण को लेकर लगने वाले आरोपों से बचने के लिए क्यूआर कोड से आवेदन की प्रक्रिया बहाल की है। टिकट की उम्मीद करने वाले नेताओं ने इस कोड के जरिये आवेदन करने शुरू कर दिए हैं।

राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। प्रदेश के सभी 9463 सरकारी माध्यमिक एवं उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में भाषा की भी प्रयोगशाला होगी, जिसमें विद्यार्थी अपने भाषायी ज्ञान के विविध आयामों को सृजनात्मक रूप देंगे। भाषा की प्रयोगशाला में पुस्तकालय एवं कंप्यूटर की भी व्यवस्था होगी।

रचनात्मक लेखन कौशल का होगा विकास

उसमें सृजनात्मक कार्य के तहत विद्यार्थी कविता लिखेंगे, अनुभव लिखेंगे। कहानियों पर केंद्रित चित्र बनाएंगे। दैनिक जीवन के अनुभवों को लिखेंगे। साक्षात्कार लेंगे। कार्टून बनाएंगे। लघु नाटक लिखेंगे। ऐसे ही दूसरे सृजनात्मक कार्य भी विद्यार्थियों द्वारा विकसित किए जाएंगे।

माध्यमिक शिक्षा के स्तर के विद्यालयों में भाषा प्रयोगशाला की आवश्यकता बिहार पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा 2025 में महसूस की गई है। इसमें यह भी कहा गया है कि विद्यालयों में भाषा प्रयोगशाला का अभाव रहा है। इसके कारण विद्यार्थी भाषायी दक्षता सही ढंग से विकसित नहीं कर पाते हैं।

2025 तक रूपरेखा तैयार करने का लक्ष्य

बिहार पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा 2025 तैयार करने वाले विशेषज्ञों ने कहा है कि विद्यालयों में प्रारंभिक स्तर से ही भाषा कौशल के विकास के लिए भाषा प्रयोगशाला की व्यवस्था की जानी चाहिए। इससे बच्चे विविध श्रव्य-दृश्य सामग्री इत्यादि का उपयोग कर अपनी भाषायी दक्षता का पर्याप्त विकास कर सकते हैं।

भाषा शिक्षण को रूचिकर बनाने की आवश्यकता जताते हुए स्थानीय भाषाओं में उपलब्ध बाल साहित्य को लिपिबद्ध करने एवं साहित्य सृजन की जरूरत है। बाल साहित्य की भाषा सरल एवं सहज रखने की भी आवश्यकत्ता है। दक्षता आधारित भाषा शिक्षण की व्यवस्था की जरूरत है।

यह इसलिए जरूरी है, क्योंकि विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों का जोर भाषाओं की पाठ्यपुस्तकों की सामग्री को पूरा करने पर ज्यादा रहता है। इससे दक्षता आधारित प्रतिफल की प्राय उपेक्षा होती है। इस बात की भी जरूरत है कि पुस्तकालयों में बच्चों के लिए पत्र-पत्रिकाएं उपलब्ध होनी चाहिए।

बिहार पाठ्यचर्या की रूपरेखा 2025 में कहा गया है कि भाषा शिक्षण को रूचिकर बनाने के लिए प्रभावी शैक्षणिक रणनीति विकसित करने की जरूरत है। बच्चों को संप्रेषण कला में दक्ष बनाने के लिए सुनने-सुनाने अर्थात सार्थक संवाद का पर्याप्त अवसर दिया जाना चाहिए।

राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। प्रदेश के दो जिलों को जल्द केंद्र प्रायोजित अटल नवीकरण और शहरी परिवर्तन मिशन (अमृत 2.0) से शुद्ध पेयजल की आपूर्ति होगी। जिन जिलों का चयन योजना के लिए किया गया है उनमें दरभंगा और औरंगाबाद शामिल हैं। इस पूरी योजना पर दो जिलों को मिलाकर ढ़ाई सौ करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि खर्च होगी। प्रस्ताव पर मंत्रिमंडल ने भी अपनी स्वीकृति दे दी है।

72.44 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की राशि होगी खर्च

नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार औरंगाबाद जलापूर्ति योजना के तहत 135.100 किमी जल वितरण नेटवर्क विकसित किया जाएगा, जिसके तहत 14225 लोगों को पानी का कनेक्शन दिया जाएगा।

सरकार का प्रयास है कि औरंगाबाद के शहरी क्षेत्रों में रहने वाली संपूर्ण आबादी को शुद्ध पीने का पानी मिल सके। इस परियोजना के लिए 72.44 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत आएगी।

186.15 करोड़ से अधिक की लागत से सुनिश्चित होगी पेयजल की आपूर्ति

दूसरी ओर दरभंगा शहर के 211 किमी क्षेत्र में लोगों को पेय जल की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए काम होगा। योजना के तहत 24183 घरों को पानी का कनेक्शन देने का लक्ष्य है।

घरों तक आसानी से पानी पहुंचे इसके लिए 16 ट्यूबवेल, इतने ही क्लोरीनेटर प्रणाली के साथ पंप हाउस, छह जल मीनार, छह जल मीनार कैंपस, 20.30 किमी राइजिंग मेन विकसित किए जाएंग। इस परियोजना पर करीब 186.15 करोड़ से अधिक की राशि खर्च होगी।

बक्सर में सीवरेज नेटवर्क होगा तैयार, खर्च होंगे 255 करोड़

दो शहरों में पेय जलापूर्ति के साथ ही सरकार बक्सर में सीवरेज नेटवर्क भी तैयार किया जाएगा। इस परियोजना को स्वीकृति मिल चुकी है। परियोजना पर 255.88 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होंगे।

बक्सर सीवरेज नेटवर्क योजना के तहत जिले के 28 वार्डों के 14750 घरों को सीवरेज नेटवर्क से जोड़ा जाएगा। यह नेटवर्क करीब 112 किमी का होगा। नेटवर्क के लिए दो मध्यम वर्ग के पंपिंग स्टेशन और 1075 राइजिंग मेन का काम किया जाएगा।

पीटीआई, पटना। बिहार में इस साल होने वाले विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले नेताओं का पार्टी बदलने की सिलसिला शुरू हो गया है। इसी क्रम में को पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री आरसीपी सिंह जन सुराज पार्टी (जसुपा) का दामन थाम लिया है। आरसीपी सिंह के जसुपा में शामिल होने के साथ ही उनकी पार्टी आप सबकी आवाज (आसा) का भी जसुपा में विलय हो जाएगा।

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारी रहे RCP सिंह

पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री RCP सिंह राजनीति में आने से पहले भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारी रहे चुके हैं। वे 1984 बैच के उत्तर प्रदेश कैडर के IAS अधिकारी थे। उन्होंने भारतीय राजस्व सेवा (IRS) के रूप में अपने करियर की शुरुआत की और फिर IAS में चयनित हुए।

पीके के विचारों से प्रभावित होकर जसुपा में शामिल हुए

पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री RCP सिंह जन सुराज पार्टी के विचारों से प्रभावित होकर पार्टी की सदस्यता ग्रहण की। उनके साथ ही उनके कई समर्थक भी जसुपा में शामिल हो गए। RCP सिंह के राजनीतिक अनुभव से पीके की पार्टी को आगामी चुनाव में मजबूती मिलेगी।

सात महीने पहले किया पार्टी का गठन

आरसीपी सिंह ने सात माह पहले आप सबकी आवाज (आसा) का गठन किया था। इस दौरान उन्होंने दावा किया था कि बिहार कि 140 विधानसभा सीटों पर उनके मजबूत प्रत्याशी हैं। उनकी पार्टी इन सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ेगी। पार्टी के गठन के महज 7 महीने बाद ही अब आरसीपी सिंह ने जसुपा का दामन थाम लिया है।

India's Colorbar Cosmetics is planning to go public in early 2027, after doubling its revenue this financial year by upgrading its designs, launching new products and opening more stores, the makeup and skincare brand's top boss told Reuters. Brands catering to wealthier Indians have weathered a high cost-of-living-led slowdown in consumer spending, as the affluent continue to splurge on comforts and luxuries. Colorbar expects to double revenue to over 10 billion rupees ($117 million) in the financial year starting April 1, including by introducing new packaging and store upgrades, its founder and managing director Samir Modi said. Modi said Colorbar, valued at 25 billion to 35 billion rupees, would go public in early 2027 and use the proceeds to strengthen its skincare and fragrance lines and pursue acquisitions, including overseas brands. Stocks of beauty brands including Nykaa and Honasa Consumer have taken a beating since listing as brokerages have raised concerns about profit margins due to heightened competition. Colorbar, which roughly broke even last year, faces competition too, not just from privately owned Indian brands including Sugar Cosmetics and MyGlamm but also from global majors such as Estee Lauder's Bobbi Brown and MAC. Founded two decades ago, Colorbar sells a variety of beauty products, including makeup essentials like lipsticks and foundations as well as skin care items such as serums and moisturizers. Colorbar, which has more than 100 outlets and sells through over 1,200 multi-brand stores including Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle, also plans to open 15-20 stores this financial year. Modi also said Colorbar, which brings in the bulk of its revenue from India, expects up to a quarter of its revenue from exports in the next five years by expanding in the United States and the Middle East. Markets regulator Sebi has simplified the operational process and provided clarity on cash flow disclosure in the corporate bond database after a review of the Request for Quote (RFQ) Platform framework. In its latest circular, the regulator has made yield-to-price calculation on the RFQ platform easier. Now, only the due dates -- and not the actual payment dates -- mentioned in the cash flow schedule will be used for these calculations. This move is aimed at streamlining and simplifying the process of trade execution on the RFQ platform. As part of this simplification, yield-to-price will now be based on scheduled due dates, without applying any adjustments based on day count conventions. At present, yields on debt securities are calculated using more complex methods that consider actual payment dates and required day count adjustments. In addition to simplifying yield calculations, Sebi has introduced a requirement for mandatory cash flow disclosures in the centralised corporate bond database. Under this, issuers will need to provide a detailed cash flow schedule -- covering interest, dividend, or redemption payments -- at the time of ISIN activation and after the securities are listed. To maintain transparency and accuracy, this information is to be regularly updated in the database. Sebi has also mandated that any changes to the cash flow schedule must be updated within one working day. These new regulations will be applicable to all new debt security issues starting August 18, 2025, and also to existing ISINs for their remaining maturity, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) said in its circular on Friday. RFQ, which was launched on BSE and NSE in February 2020, is an electronic platform that enables multi-lateral negotiations to take place on a centralised online trading platform with straight-through processing of clearing and settlement to complete the trade. A wide variety of debt securities are available for trading on the RFQ platform.
