राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। कांग्रेस और विकासशील इंसान पार्टी की ओर से सीटों की बढ़ी मांग से परेशान राजद पर वामदलों ने भी अधिक सीटों के लिए दबाव बनाना शुरू कर दिया है।

2020 में तीन वाम दलों को विधानसभा की कुल 29 सीटें दी गई थी। इनमें 16 पर जीत हुई। 2025 में वाम दल 65 सीटों पर लड़ाई की तैयारी कर रहे हैं।

भाकपा (माले) उत्तर बिहार और सीमांचल में भी नई सीटें चाह रहा है। भाकपा दक्षिण बिहार में अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराना चाह रही है। पिछली बार चार सीटों पर लड़ी माकपा चुनाव में दायरा बढ़ाने में जुटा है।

पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव में महागठबंधन से भाकपा (माले) को 19 सीटें मिली थीं जिनमें 12 सीटों पर माले की जीत हुई थी। इस बार भाकपा माले ने राजद से 30 सीटों की मांग की है।

इसकी पुष्टि माले के पोलित ब्यूरो के सदस्य और मिथिलांचल के प्रभारी धीरेन्द्र झा ने की है। विगत विधानसभा चुनाव में महागठबंधन कोटे से छह सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ने वाली भारतीय कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (भाकपा) ने 25 सीटों की मांग राजद के समक्ष रखी है।

हालांकि विगत विधानसभा चुनाव में भाकपा को दो सीटों पर ही जीत मिली थी। फिर भी बड़ी संख्या में सीटों की दावेदारी कर महागठबंधन पर दवाब बढ़ा दिया है। वहीं पिछली बार

माकपा को चार सीटें राजद ने दी थी और उसे दो सीटों पर जीत हासिल हुई थी। इस बार माकपा ने 10 सीटों पर दावेदारी पेश की है।

पार्टी के राज्य सचिव सचिव ललन चौधरी ने बताया कि केंद्रीय कमेटी अंतिम रूप से सीटों की संख्या तय करेगी, लेकिन राज्य कमेटी ने 10 सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ने की इच्छा जता दी है।

Shares of Go Fashion climbed as much as 5.1% on Tuesday to Rs 904.50 on the BSE after brokerage Motilal Oswal initiated coverage on the stock with a 'buy' rating and a target price of Rs 1,127, citing the company’s category leadership in women’s bottom-wear and a scalable, brand-led retail model.The target price of Rs 1,127 indicates an upside potential of 31% from current levels.Motilal Oswal described Go Fashion, which operates under the ‘Go Colors’ brand, as “a pioneer and category leader in the women’s bottom wear market, holding an 8% share of the organized market.” The brokerage added that the company has “successfully established a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, offering a wide range of products through 776 exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) across 180 cities.”The brokerage highlighted that “bottom wear addresses functional, repeat-use needs and is less susceptible to fashion cycles compared to top wear,” enabling steady demand and operational stability. The segment, valued at Rs 135 billion in 2020, is the fastest-growing sub-category in the apparel market, with about 12% CAGR and relatively low organized retail penetration, estimated at about 38% by 2025.According to the brokerage, “GOCOLORS’s success stems from its exclusive focus on women’s bottom-wear, a structurally underserved category, which enabled the company to build deep domain expertise, high product variety, and strong brand recall, and its early transition to the EBO model, which provided complete control over pricing, merchandising, and consumer experience.”Financial performance and projectionsBetween FY19 and FY25, the company delivered a 20% CAGR in revenue and profit, with EBOs contributing 73% of sales. Gross margins improved 350 basis points to 63.3% over the period, though EBITDA margins stayed flat at about 17% due to negative operating leverage in FY25.Still, Go Fashion generated Rs 3.3 billion in cash from operations and Rs 1.6 billion in free cash flow, maintaining an 18% return on capital.Looking ahead, Motilal Oswal sees a 16% revenue CAGR through FY28, driven by 18% growth in EBO and online channels. It expects operating leverage to offset some pressure from raw material costs, expanding EBITDA margins to 18.2%.“We value the stock at 45x FY27E EPS to arrive at our TP of INR 1,127,” the note said, adding that the stock currently trades at 34x FY27E EPS after a recent correction.Technical outlook and recent stock performanceGo Fashion shares have declined 8% over the past year and are down 21% in the last six months. However, the stock has recovered 25% over the past three months and gained 4.3% in the last week.Technically, the stock is trading above six of its eight key simple moving averages, including the 5-day, 10-day, 20-day, 30-day, 50-day, and 100-day SMAs. It remains below the 150-day and 200-day SMAs. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 56.6, indicating the stock is neither overbought nor oversold. Amid persistent concerns over subscriber erosion and a heavy debt burden, Vodafone Idea (VIL) shares have drawn the attention of several brokerage firms, with some projecting the stock could rise to as high as Rs 12.10.The company posted soft Q4FY25 results wherein the consolidated net loss was reported at Rs 7,166.1 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4FY25), marking a 6.6% improvement from the Rs 7,674.59 crore loss reported in the same quarter last year.Further, the company is not able to see any visibility on relief on its long-standing Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) dues, amounting to nearly Rs 30,000 crore.Following this, analysts across brokerage firms have weighed in on their views about the stock. Here’s what they say:UBS: Buy| Target price: Rs 12.10The brokerage firm noted that VIL's Q4FY25 results were below their expectations. Additionally, the company lost 1.6 million subscribers in Q4 (vs a loss of 5.1-5.2 million in Q2/Q3 and UBS’s estimate of 1.8 million subscriber loss in Q4). Overall, the results were slightly lower than the estimates and UBS noted that an eye needs to be kept on the fundraise updates, capex plan, 5G coverage and any potential AGR / spectrum relief measures.Nuvama: Hold| Target price: Rs 7.5According to Nuvama, Vodafone Idea reported in-line Q4FY25 results, with revenue declining 0.9% quarter-on-quarter due to muted ARPU growth, partly attributed to fewer working days in the quarter. Nuvama observed that while subscriber losses have moderated to pre-tariff hike levels, they still impede the company's recovery. The delay in debt funding remains a major overhang on VIL’s viability. The brokerage cut its FY26E and FY27E EBITDA estimates by 7% and 4% respectively, citing further dilution from the government’s equity holding. VI’s net subscriber base declined by 1.6 million quarter-on-quarter to approximately 198 million, while ARPU rose marginally by 0.6% to Rs 164.Macquarie noted that the company’s government dues stood at around US$22.5 billion, with US$4.3 billion of spectrum dues converted to equity, leading to a 49% government shareholding. In contrast, bank and financial liabilities were lower at US$0.3 billion, and the cash balance stood at US$1.2 billion. The board has approved a Rs 200 billion (US$2.3 billion) fundraise via equity, debt, or a hybrid route.The brokerage highlighted that the ongoing erosion in subscribers indicates persistent structural challenges, and despite the government being the largest shareholder, any further equity infusion remains uncertain. Macquarie continues to see industry-wide tailwinds from tariff hikes benefiting Bharti Airtel and Reliance Industries, which it maintains as Outperform-rated stocks.Motilal Oswal: Sell| Target price: Rs 6.5Motilal Oswal also highlighted that Vodafone Idea continues to lose market share to peers due to weaker ARPU conversion, a weaker subscriber mix, and high churn rates. However, the brokerage noted that regaining lost subscribers will remain challenging, given rivals' stronger cash flows and deeper financial reserves.Motilal Oswal added that Vodafone Idea’s network investments are heavily reliant on fresh debt funding, which itself hinges on continued AGR relief and government support, with an estimated Rs 20,000 crore annual cash shortfall projected through FY26–31. Canada’s immigration department, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), has updated the rules around maintained status for temporary residents who submit multiple extension applications. The changes came into effect on 28 May 2025, according to a report by CIC News. According to the new guidance, if a temporary resident submits a second application for extension while already on maintained status and the first application is refused, the second application will no longer keep them in status. Instead, the second application will be refused and returned. This marks a shift from earlier rules, where the submission of a second application—even after a first refusal—could continue to provide legal stay, though not work or study rights.Maintained status, earlier known as implied status, allows a foreign national to remain in Canada legally and continue working or studying under the conditions of their expired permit, provided they applied for an extension before the expiry date.As per the CIC News report, under the previous rules, individuals could still be considered under maintained status even if their first application was refused and a second was pending. This has now changed. If the second application is submitted after the permit expiry and the first application is rejected, the individual is now considered out of status. They may apply for restoration if eligible.The updated officer instructions have also removed a section related to applying for work or study permits at the port of entry, aligning with the ongoing restrictions on flag-poling.These changes aim to bring clarity and consistency to how immigration officers process multiple applications and to ensure that applicants are not automatically kept in status solely due to a second pending application after a refusal.

जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। गर्मी की छुट्टी के मद्देनजर भारतीय रेलवे ने तीन जोड़ी स्पेशल ट्रेन चलाने का निर्णय लिया है। साथ ही दो जोड़ी ट्रेनों का अवधि विस्तार कर दिया गया है।

रेलवे अधिकारियों का कहना है कि पटना से साबरमती के लिए स्पेशल ट्रेन का परिचालन चार, 11, 18 एवं 25 जून को किया जाएगा। यह ट्रेन पटना जंक्शन से चलेगी।

पटना जंक्शन से इस ट्रेन का खुलने का समय 04.30 बजे निर्धारित किया गया है। यहां से यह ट्रेन दानापुर, आरा, बक्सर, डीडीयू रुकते हुए अगले दिन साबरमती पहुंचेगी।

उत्तरी बिहार के रक्सौल से हावड़ा के लिए स्पेशल ट्रेन चलाने का निर्णय लिया गया है। यह ट्रेन सीतामढ़ी, दरभंगा, समस्तीपुर, बरौनी एवं झाझा के रास्ते चलाई जाएगी।

यह ट्रेन सात, 14, 21 एवं 28 जून को हावड़ा से 23 बजे रवाना होगी। यह ट्रेन बरौनी, समस्तीपुर, दरभंगा एवं सीतामढ़ी होते हुए रक्सौल पहुंचेगी।

वापसी में यह ट्रेन आठ, 15, 22 ए वं 29 जून को रक्सौल से शाम साढ़े पांच बजे रवाना होगी और अगले दिन हावड़ा पहुंचेगी। इसके अलावा एक ट्रेन मालदा से आनंद विहार के लिए चलाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।

माता वैष्णो देवी कटडा-गुवाहाटी स्पेशल ट्रेन का अवधि विस्तार

माता वैष्णो देवी कटड़ा-गुवाहाटी स्पेशल ट्रेन कटड़ा से छह जून से 11 जुलाई तक चलाई जाएगी। यह ट्रेन प्रत्येक शुक्रवार को चलाई जाएगी।

यह ट्रेन कटड़ा से प्रत्येक शुक्रवार को चलेगी, वहीं गुवाहाटी से यह ट्रेन नौ से 14 जुलाई तक चलाई जाएगी। प्रत्येक सोमवार को यह ट्रेन नौ जून से 14 जुलाई तक चलाई जाएगी।

कटड़ा-गुवाहाटी स्पेशल ट्रेन हाजीपुर-बराैनी-कटिहार के रास्ते चलाई जाएगी। इसके अलावा उदयपुर सिटी-फारबिसगंज स्पेशल ट्रेन तीन जून से 24 जून तक चलाई जाएगी। यह ट्रेन प्रत्येक मंगलवार को उदयपुर सिटी से चलाई जाएगी।

जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। आज रात से पटना का जयप्रकाश नारायण एयरपोर्ट का पुराना टर्मिनल इतिहास बन गया है। आज रात से पुराना टर्मिनल बंद हो गया और नया टर्मिनल पूरी तरह से काम करने लगा है।

कैबिनेट विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव डॉ एस सिद्धार्थ ने अधिकारियों के साथ नए टर्मिनल का निरीक्षण किया और इसे सोमवार की आधी रात के बाद से शुरू करने का निर्देश दिया।

इसके साथ ही पुराना टर्मिनल पूरी तरह से बंद कर दिया जाएगा। मंगलवार सुबह करीब साढ़े 6 बजे नए टर्मिनल पर पहले विमान इंडिगो के लैंड करने की बात कही जा रही थी।

यह विमान बैंगलोर से आएगी। इस मौके पर मौजूद शीर्ष अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक करके उन्होंने कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए।

जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। विश्व प्रसिद्ध बिहार योग विद्यालय विश्व योग पीठ, मुंगेर के परमाचार्य योगगुरु पद्मभूषण स्वामी निरंजनानंद जी बिहार के खिलाड़ियों के लिए समुचित और उपयोगी योग के आसनों की एक योजना तैयार कर रहे हैं। 

इस बात की जानकारी देते हुए बिहार राज्य खेल प्राधिकरण के महानिदेशक सह मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी रवीन्द्रण शंकरण ने बताया कि कल मुंगेर में परमाचार्य स्वामी निरंजनानंद जी के साथ मुलाकात में उन्होंने बिहार के खिलाड़ियों के लिए ऐसी योजना तैयार करने के लिए स्वामी जी से विशेष अनुरोध किया था। 

जिसको स्वामी जी ने सहर्ष स्वीकार कर लिया है और आसनों की एक व्यापक योजना तैयार कर रहे हैं जिनमें खिलाड़ियों के हित में इन बातों का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाएगा कि

1. कौन सा आसन किस खेल में मदद करेगा।
2. कौन सा प्राणायाम खिलाड़ी को खेल से पहले  और खेल के दौरान प्रतिस्पर्धा की चिंता से राहत दिलाने में मदद करेगा।
3. मासिक धर्म के दौरान महिला खिलाड़ियों के लिए कुछ विशेष आसन।
4. खेल में हार के बाद शारीरिक और मानसिक रुप से वापसी में सहायक योगासन। 

आगे शंकरण ने बताया कि  योग और खेलकूद को मिलाकर प्रदर्शन को बेहतर बनाने वाला पहला राज्य होगा बिहार और यह काम स्वामी जी के मार्गदर्शन में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रतिष्ठित संस्थान बिहार स्कूल ऑफ योगा, मुंगेर द्वारा किया जाएगा।

बिहार राज्य खेल प्राधिकरण में 16 से 21 जून तक विशेष योग सप्ताह मनाया जाएगा

21 जून को विश्व योग दिवस के अवसर पर बिहार राज्य खेल प्राधिकरण में 16 से 21 जून तक स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सहयोग से खिलाड़ियों के लिए विशेष योग सप्ताह मनाया जा रहा है।

इस दौरान ही परमाचार्य स्वामी निरंजनानंद जी के द्वारा तैयार योजना के अनुसार बिहार के खिलाड़ियों को योग अभ्यास करने का अवसर मिलेगा। 

बिहार सरकार के स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सहयोग इन योगासनों से संबंधित एक उच्चस्तरीय वीडियो बनाने की योजना है, जिसके लिंक को क्लिक कर देश भर के खिलाड़ी अपनी बेहतरी के लिए इसका लाभ उठा सकेंगे।

कार्यकारी एजेन्सी के द्वारा प्रजेंटेशन के माध्यम से क्रिकेट पिच, आउटफील्ड, हाई मास्ट लाइट, स्कोर बोर्ड लगाने, पवेलियन में चल रहे फिनिशिंग कार्य, साउंड सिस्टम, वाटर सप्लाई, फायर अलार्म, फायर फाइटिंग समेत अन्य सभी पहलुओं के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई।

स्टेडियम में लाल मिट्टी से बनाई जा रही 6 क्रिकेट पिच का कार्य पूरा हो गया है। पिच पर घास लगाने का कार्य भी पूर्ण कर लिया गया है।

मोकामा से लाई गई काली मिट्टी से 7 क्रिकेट पिच बनाई गई है। पिच पर घास लगाने का कार्य तेजी से किया जा रहा है।

इसके अलावा जनरल स्टैंड ईस्ट, जनरल स्टैंड वेस्ट तथा रिवर्स पवेलियन का सिविल वर्क भी तेजी से पूरा किया जा रहा है।

सिविल वर्क के साथ ही फिनिशिंग वर्क भी किया जा रहा है। क्रिकेट स्टेडियम में मेन पवेलियन के  कार्य पूरा कर लिया गया है। 

एजेन्सी ने आश्वासन दिया है कि अगले दो महीने में क्रिकेट स्टेडियम को मैच के लिए तैयार कर लिया जाएगा। विभाग के सचिव श्री कुमार रवि ने एजेन्सी को टाइमलाइन का पालन करते हुए कार्य पूर्ण करने का निदेश दिया। 

उन्होंने कहा कि सभी मानकों को ध्यान में रखकर कार्य पूर्ण किया जाय। किसी भी तरह की लापरवाही न हो। फिल्ड पर घास लगाने का कार्य शुरू हो गया है, जिसे जल्द पूर्ण करने के लिए निदेशित किया गया है।

बारिश के मौसम में मैदान से पानी निकासी हेतु ड्रेनेज प्रणाली विकसित की गई है। मैदान के बाहरी एरिया को विकसित करने के लिए समुचित निदेश दिया गया।

क्रिकेट स्टेडियम का निर्माण 72843 वर्गमीटर भूखण्ड पर किया जा रहा है जिसमें 40,000 दर्शकों के बैठने की व्यवस्था होगी।

स्टेडियम अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं से लैस होगा, जिसमें खिलाड़ियों के लिए विशेष पवेलियन, कोच और मैनेजर के लिए बैठने की विशिष्ट व्यवस्था, वीवीआईपी अतिथियों के लिए विशेष स्टैंड शामिल होगा।

इसके निर्माण होने के उपरांत राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय मैचों के आयोजन के साथ-साथ स्थानीय खिलाड़ियों को उच्च स्तरीय प्रशिक्षण और खेल सुविधाएं मिल सकेंगी। बिहार में क्रिकेट के विकास के लिए यह स्टेडियम मील का पत्थर साबित होगा।

जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। कारगिल चौक से पटना साइंस कॉलेज के बीच डबल डेकर फ्लाईओवर का निर्माण लगभग पूरा हो चुका है। रात में रोशनी से नहाए फ्लाईओवर की खूबसूरती देखते ही बनती है।

कुल 2.2 किलोमीटर लंबे इस फ्लाईओवर के उद्घाटन का इंतजार हो रहा है। अब जल्द ही इसका लोकार्पण होने की उम्मीद है।

दो लेन वाला यह फ्लाईओवर 65 पिलरों पर टिका है। कुल 422 करोड़ की लागत से निर्मित इस फ्लाईओवर से अशोक राजपथ क्षेत्र में आवागमन में सुविधा मिलेगी।

हमेशा जाम रहने वाले अशोक राजपथ पर गाड़ियां निर्बाध दौड़ेंगी। इसका शिलान्यास चार सितंबर 2021 को मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने किया था। करीब चार वर्षों में यह बनकर तैयार हुआ है।

जुलाई अंत तक मंदिरी नाला बन जाएगा सड़क

उधर, पटना के मंदिरी नाले काे पाटकर सड़क निर्माण का कार्य युद्ध स्तर पर चल रहा है। 1289 मीटर लंबे नाले में से 1200 मीटर नाले को ढक्कने का कार्य पूर्ण हो गया है।

इसका निर्माण पटना स्मार्ट सिटी लिमिटेड की तरफ से कराई जा रही है। जुलाई माह के अंत तक इस रोड पर यातायात परिचालन शुरू कराने की तैयारी है।

इस परियोजना के पूर्ण होने के बाद तीन लाख से अधिक लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष रूप से लाभ मिलेगा। उत्तरी मंदिरी, दक्षिणी मंदिरी, बापू नगर, चीनाकोठी, क्रश्चियन कालोनी की सहित कई मोहल्ले की तस्वीर बदल जाएगी।

वार्ड संख्या 21, 24, 25, 26 और 27 को के निवासी भी लाभांवित होंगे। शहर के केंद्रीय क्षेत्रों में यातायात की समस्या को कम करने में मदद करेगी।

अब मंदिरी नाला को पार करने के लिए बने पुल-पुलिया को तोड़कर नाले को ढक्कने का काम करना है। इसके समानोंतर में एक ड्रेनेज का भी निर्माण हो रहा है।

नाले को ढक्कर सड़क निर्माण पर 86.98 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होने जा रहा है। इसमें सड़क के नीचे एक ट्विन बैरल आरसीसी बाक्स ड्रेन का निर्माण किया जा रहा है।

सड़क की चौड़ाई 11 मीटर होगी, जिसमें प्रत्येक दिशा में 5.5 मीटर की दो लेन होंगी। साथ ही, सर्विस ड्रेन, सर्विस रोड यूटिलिटी डक्ट, स्ट्रीटलाइट्स, लैंडस्केपिंग और 3.5 मीटर चौड़ी सर्विस लेन भी बनाई जा रही है।

इसके निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण होने के बाद नेहरुपथ और अशोक राजपथ के बीच यातायात सुगम बन जाएगा। आयकर गोलंबर से सिद्धेश्वरी काली मंदिर तक सड़क निर्माण हो रहा है। नेहरुपथ से अशोक राजपथ सीधे कनेक्टि हो जाएगा तथा फ्रेजरोड और बुद्ध मार्ग पर वाहनों का दबाव घट जाएगा।

जागरण संवाददाता, रांची/पटना। पटना से रांची आने वाला इंडिगो का विमान सोमवार को बिरसा मुंडा एयरपोर्ट से लगभग 16 किलोमीटर दूर बर्ड हिट का शिकार हुआ।

विमान में लगभग 175 यात्री सवार थे। जानकारी के अनुसार, दशम फाल व हेथू के बीच विमान के एयरपोर्ट पर लैंड करने से पहले बर्ड हिट की घटना हुई।

इसके बाद लगभग 40 मिनट तक विमान आसमान में मंडराता रहा। एयरपोर्ट निदेशक आरआर मौर्या ने बताया कि पायलट ने अपनी सूझ-बूझ से लगभग एक बजकर 14 मिनट पर बिरसा मुंडा एयरपोर्ट पर विमान को सुरक्षित उतारा।

इसके बाद विमान में सवार यात्रियों ने राहत की सांस ली। विमान में सवार सभी यात्री और क्रू मेंबर्स सुरक्षित हैं। एयरपोर्ट पर इंडिगो विमान की तस्वीर देख यह स्पष्ट है कि विमान के अगले हिस्से में पक्षी के टकराने से काकपिट की ऊपरी सतह पर दरार आ चुकी है।

विमान में क्या तकनीकी खराबी आई? अब होगी जांच

एयरपोर्ट प्रबंधन के अनुसार, दशम फाल व हेथू के बीच कुछ ऐसे भोज्य पदार्थ होंगे, जिसे देख पक्षी उस क्षेत्र में मंडरा रहे होंगे।

एयरपोर्ट निदेशक आरआर मौर्य ने बताया कि बर्ड हिट की घटना के बाद अभियंताओं की टीम विमान की जांच कर रही है। विमान को ग्राउंडेड कर दिया गया है।

जांच के बाद ही स्पष्ट होगा कि विमान में क्या तकनीकी खराबी आई है। रांची से पटना के लिए उड़ान भरने वाले विमान (6ई 925) को रद कर दिया गया।

विमान में आई तकनीकी खराबी की मरम्मत होने के बाद डीजीसीए से स्वीकृति मिलने के बाद ही संबंधित विमान को उड़ान भरने की अनुमति प्रदान की जाएगी। इंडिगो के विमान से पटना जाने वाले सभी यात्रियों का टिकट रद कर दिया गया है।
