एएनआई, नई दिल्ली। केंद्र सरकार ने विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर की सुरक्षा में इजाफा किया है। एएनआई ने सूत्रों के हवाले से बताया कि उनके काफिले में एक अतिरिक्त बुलेटप्रूफ वाहन जोड़कर उनकी सुरक्षा बढ़ाई गई है।

क्यों बढ़ाई गई एस जयशंकर की सुरक्षा?

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर को वर्तमान में केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (CRPF) से 'Z' श्रेणी की सशस्त्र सुरक्षा प्राप्त है, उनको अब देशव्यापी आवागमन के लिए उन्नत सुरक्षा वाहन उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।

सीआरपीएफ ने यह निर्णय भारत-पाकिस्तान तनाव से जुड़े हाल के खतरे के आकलन के बाद लिया, जिसमें सुरक्षा बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता बताई गई थी। गौरतलब है कि पिछले साल अक्टूबर में जयशंकर की सुरक्षा को 'Y' से बढ़ाकर 'Z' श्रेणी का कर दिया गया था। सीआरपीएफ ने दिल्ली पुलिस से जयशंकर की सुरक्षा का जिम्मा अपने हाथ में ले लिया था।

किन-किन लोगों को सुरक्षा प्रदान करती है CRPF?

सीआरपीएफ वर्तमान में 210 से अधिक लोगों को वीआईपी सुरक्षा प्रदान कर रही है, जिनमें केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह, नितिन गडकरी, दलाई लामा और कांग्रेस नेता सोनिया गांधी, राहुल गांधी और प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा शामिल हैं।

विदेश मंत्री की सुरक्षा बढ़ाने का फैसला 22 अप्रैल को पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद भारत की निर्णायक सैन्य प्रतिक्रिया के बाद भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच बढ़े तनाव के बाद लिया गया है।

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर की शुरुआत 7 मई को की गई थी, जिसके तहत पाकिस्तान और पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकी ठिकानों को निशाना बनाया गया, जिसमें जैश-ए-मोहम्मद, लश्कर-ए-तैयबा और हिजबुल मुजाहिदीन जैसे आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े 100 से अधिक आतंकवादियों को मार गिराया गया।

भारत के ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद, पाकिस्तान ने नियंत्रण रेखा और जम्मू-कश्मीर में सीमा पार से गोलाबारी की और साथ ही सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में ड्रोन हमलों का प्रयास किया।

जिसके बाद भारत ने एक समन्वित हमला किया और पाकिस्तान के 11 एयरबेसों में रडार बुनियादी ढांचे, संचार केंद्रों और हवाई क्षेत्रों को क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया। इसके बाद, 10 मई को भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच संघर्ष विराम की घोषणा की गई।

जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। आइजीआइएमएस शासी निकाय की बैठक मंगलवार को स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मंगल पांडेय की अध्यक्षता में हुई। इसमें बीएमएसआइसीएल के पदाधिकारियों को अगस्त के पूर्व निर्माणाधीन 1,200 बेड के नए अस्पताल भवन व 500 बेड के मेडिसिन ब्लाक के शेष 300 बेड की तीन विंग तैयार करने का निर्देश दिया गया। 15 अगस्त के पहले इन दोनों भवनों का उद्घाटन कराने का लक्ष्य है।

मेडिकल सिमुलेटर खरीदारी की मिली अनुमति

इसके अलावा क्षेत्रीय चक्षु संस्थान के लिए नौ नए डाक्टरों की नियुक्ति के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति दी गई। यही नहीं, पीजी छात्रों व डाक्टरों का कौशल बढ़ाने के लिए जटिल सर्जरी को वास्तिवक जैसे आभासी माहौल में सिखाने के लिए सिमुलेटर खरीदारी को भी स्वीकृत दी गई।

 इस मेडिकल सिमुलेटर से डाक्टरों का सर्जरी कौशल बढ़ाने में मदद मिलेगी। इसमें अभ्यास के दौरान आभासी मरीज सांस लेते, उसकी धड़कन, रक्तस्राव आदि के लक्षण दिखने से डाक्टर सटीक अभ्यास कर सकेंगे। सिमुलेटर से आंखों की पुतलियों व अन्य जटिल सर्जरी सिखाई जाएगी।

अभ्यास के दौरान मानव आंखों की तरह ही व्यवहार करता है। शासी निकाय की बैठक में स्वास्थ्य मंत्री के आप्त सचिव अमिताभ सिंह, आइजीआइएमएस के निदेशक प्रो. डा. बिंदे कुमार, डीन प्रो. डा. ओम कुमार, डा. राजेश कुमार तिवारी, डा. भीम कुमार, मनोनीत सदस्य डा. सुभाष प्रसाद, डा. राजीव रंजन व पद्मश्री अलंकृत डा. विजय प्रकाश आदि शामिल थे।

न्यूक्लियर मेडिसिन विभाग में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की होगी नियुक्ति

बैठक में न्यूक्लियर मेडिसिन विभाग में असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर की नियुक्ति को स्वीकृति दी गई।  इसके अलावा फैकल्टी के प्रमोशन, छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए नए हास्टल निर्माण, हास्टल निर्माण के लिए बीएमएसआइसीएल को टेंडर करने समेत कई आदेश दिए गए।

संस्थान में एक नया लेक्चर हाल बनाने का भी निर्णय लिया गया। वार्ड में देखरेख की निगरानी सेवा शुरू करने का निर्णय लिया गया। 

डेंटल कॉलेज शुरू करने के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति संस्थान में लंबे समय से प्रस्तावित पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट इंस्टीट़्यूट आफ डेंटल एजुकेशन एंड रिसर्च सेंटर स्थापित किया जाएगा।

इसे न्यूक्लियर मेडिसिन भवन के बगल में स्थापित किया जाएगा। बताते चलें कि प्रदेश में डेंटल क्षेत्र में परास्नातक की पढ़ाई मात्र दो सीटों पर हो रही है। आइजीआइएमएस में डेंटल के सभी विभागों में पीजी पाठ्यक्रम शुरू किया जाएगा।
