राज्य ब्यूरो, पटना। राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग की ओर से जारी अप्रैल महीने की रैंकिंग में बांका का फुल्लीडुमर अंचल पहले स्थान पर रहा।पटना जिले के दुल्हिन बाजार को सूची में अंतिम स्थान मिला। हालांकि पटना सदर अंचल को टाप 10 में 10 वां स्थान मिला है।

रैंकिंग की सूची शनिवार को जारी की गई है। मार्च की रैंकिंग में फुल्लीडुमर सातवें नम्बर पर था। जमुई का लक्ष्मीपुर अंचल पिछले माह के नम्बर एक से इस माह दूसरे स्थान पर तो बेगूसराय का खोदबंदपुर अंचल दसवें से तीसरे स्थान पर पहुंच गया है।

औरंगाबाद का हसपुरा दूसरे से इस माह आठवें तो बांका का बरहट तीसरे से 31 वें स्थान पर पहुंच गया है। फरवरी में पहले स्थान पर सारण का नगरा और दूसरे स्थान पर औरंगाबाद का हसपुरा अंचल था। अप्रैल में नगरा आठवें स्थान पर है।

राजस्व एवं भूमि सुधार विभाग के मंत्री संजय सरावगी ने रैंकिंग जारी होने के बाद से अंचल कार्यालयों में सकारात्मक सुधार दिख रहा है। अप्रैल माह में कई अंचलों ने लंबी छलांग लगाई है। विभाग का उद्देश्य भी यही है।

स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धा की भावना से जनता का भला होगा और समय से उनके कार्य पूरे होंगे। अंचल कार्यालयों की रैंकिंग परिमार्जन प्लस, म्युटेशन, अभियान बसेरा-2, आधार सीडिंग की आदि के आधार पर की जाती है।

फुल्लीडुमर (बांका)-84.40 अंक, लक्ष्मीपुर(जमुई)- 80.62, खोदबंदपुर (बेगूसराय)-80.01,⁠सोनवर्षा (सीतामढ़ी)- 78.30 अंक, ⁠घोसी (जहानाबाद)-77.38, केसरिया (पूर्वी चंपारण)-77.27, ⁠डुमरिया (गया)-76.65, नगरा (सारण)- 75.93, ⁠हसपुरा (औरंगाबाद)- 75.93 एवं ⁠पटना सदर (पटना)- 75.89 अंक।

Pune-based manufacturer of magnet winding wires KSH International has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the capital markets regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), to raise Rs 745 crore through Initial Public Offering (IPO).About KSH International IPOThe IPO is a mix of fresh issue of shares worth up to Rs 420 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) up to Rs 325 crore, where promoter shareholders will offload their shares in the company.The offer is being made through the book-building process, wherein not more than 50% of the net offer is allocated to qualified institutional buyers, and not less than 15% and 35% of the net offer is assigned to non-institutional and retail individual bidders, respectively.The equity shares of KSH International are proposed to be listed on the NSE and BSE.KSH International IPO proceedsThe proceeds from the fresh issue to the extent of Rs 225.98 crores will be used for prepayment and/or repayment of all or a portion of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the company.Moreover, Rs 90.06 crore will be utilised towards funding the capital expenditure requirements of the company which is purchasing and setting up of new machinery for expansion at its Supa Facility and purchasing and setting up of new machinery at Unit 2 in Chakan, Pune in Maharashtra.The company will use Rs 10.41 crore for purchasing and setting up of a rooftop solar power plant for power generation at its Supa Facility and general corporate purposes.About KSH International KSH International is part of the KSH group and commenced its operations in 1981 by manufacturing magnet winding wires in Taloja, Raigad, in Maharashtra. The company had 112 customers as on December 31, 2024 which includes the likes of Bharat Bijlee Limited, Virginia Transformer Corporation, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Georgia Transformer Corporation, Hitachi Energy India Limited, Siemens Energy India Limited and GE Vernova T&D India Limited among others.KSH International has a significant global footprint, and exports its products to 24 countries as of December 31, 2024, including, USA, UAE, Kuwait, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Oman, Spain, Bangladesh and Japan, amongst others.KSH International financialsKSH International revenue from operations increased by 32% from Rs 1,049 crore in fiscal 2023 to Rs 1,383 crore in fiscal 2024, primarily on account of the increase in volume and metal prices in Fiscal 2024. कुमार रजत, पटना। अगलगी से बचाव के लिए अग्निशमन सेवा को लगातार हाइटेक किया जा रहा है। डिजिटल मैप से अग्निशमन कार्यों की ऑनलाइन मानीटरिंग की जा रही है। इसके साथ ही हाइड्रेंट और जलस्रोतों की भी जीआइएस मैपिंग की गई है, ताकि एक क्लिक पर ऑनलाइन इसे देखा जा सके।

इसके लिए लोदीपुर के अग्निशमन मुख्यालय में इंटीग्रेटेड कमांड एंड कंट्रोल सेंटर भी स्थापित किया गया है, जिसका डायल-112 से एकीकरण किया जा रहा है। बिहार अग्निशमन सेवा के द्वारा राज्य में 52 विभागीय हाइड्रेंट समेत 46 हजार 688 हाइड्रेंट चिह्नित किए गए हैं।

गृह दर्शन ऐप पर कुल नौ हजार 269 हाइड्रेंट की जीआइएस मैपिंग की गई है। इसके अलावा 34 हजार से अधिक जलस्रोतों को भी जीआइएस तकनीक से मैप किया गया है। पटना में बड़ी इमारतों और प्रमुख संस्थानों को देखते हुए डिजिटल मैप तैयार कर अग्निशमन कार्यों की ऑनलाइन मॉनीटरिंग शुरू की गई है।

अगलगी पर त्वरित रिस्पांस के लिए राज्य के सभी जिलों में 239 संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की पहचान कर अग्निशमन वाहनों की पहले से तैनाती की गई है। इसके अलावा 771 आन रोड अग्निशमन वाहनों में से 471 मिस्ट टेक्नोलाजी वाहनों को पुलिस थानों में तैनात किया गया है।

इन वाहनों को ईंधन और पानी भरकर 24 घंटे तैयार रखने का निर्देश है। आग लगने पर घटनास्थल पर जल्द पहुंचने के लिए जिला अग्निशमन पदाधिकारी के स्तर से रूट-चार्ट मैप और कम्युनिकेशन प्लान भी तैयार किया गया है। इसे सभी अग्निशमन केंद्रों और गाडि़यों में उपलब्ध कराया गया है।

गलियों में आग बुझाने को 12 मिस्ट तकनीक वाली बाइक

अग्निशमन अधिकारियों के अनुसार, बहुमंजिली भवनों में आग बुझाने के लिए 52 मीटर और 42 मीटर के दो-दो जबकि 32 मीटर का एक हाइड्रोलिक प्लेटफार्म उपलब्ध कराया गया है। संकीर्ण रास्तों और गलियों में अग्निशमन के लिए 12 मिस्ट तकनीक वाली बाइक उपलब्ध कराई गई है।

इसके अलावा जल्द ही 22 मीटर ऊंचाई वाले दो हाइड्रोलिक प्लेटफार्म सह टर्न टेबल एरियल सीढ़ी की खरीद होगी। इसके अलावा 32 मीटर ऊंचाई के टर्न टेबल लैडर, पांच हजार लीटर वाले 20 वाटर टेंडर, दो हजार लीटर वाले 20 छोटी फेम टेंडर, दो रेस्क्यू टेंडर आदि की भी खरीद की जाएगी। इसके अलावा 2380 फायरमैन हेलमेट, 424 एलईडी टार्च आदि की खरीद भी की जा रही है।

3538 भवनों और 1409 अस्पतालों का फायर ऑडिट

अग्निशमन अधिकारियों के अनुसार, इस साल अब तक कुल 3538 सरकारी व निजी भवनों और होटलों का फायर ऑडिट किया गया है। इसके अलावा 1409 अस्पतालों का भी आडिट पूरा हो चुका है।

पटना में अब तक 687 सरकारी व गैर सरकारी भवनों, अस्पतालों, होटलों आदि का फायर ऑडिट किया गया है। राज्य में छह हजार से अधिक फायर माकड्रिल जबकि 5600 स्थानों पर नुक्कड़ नाटक आयोजित कर जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया है। जीविका दीदी एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों की मदद से भी दस हजार से अधिक जागरूकता बैठकें आयोजित हुई हैं।
