With the benchmark index - Nifty 50 up by nearly 10% from April’s low level and reaching a level of 24,461 on Monday, the market experts recommend that the volatility this year is expected to continue, especially on the back of foreign and geopolitical developments and therefore there is a greater need for caution on lumpsum equity investments whereas SIPs continue to be the best option for the long-term investor as discipline and rupee-cost averaging is ensured through them.“Those with funds for a lumpsum investment can consider putting in staggered allocations through STPs into equities. It is wise to make any investment decision in accordance with the goals, risk appetite, and timeline of the individual. For those who missed the recent rally, the time is ripe for entry, albeit first gradually and strategically, and without trying to time the market,” recommended Rajesh Minocha, a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Founder of Financial Radiance.Also Read | A SIP of Rs 5,000 helps to build a corpus of Rs 1 crore. Consistency beats everythingThe index was at the level of 22,161.6 on April 7, the lowest one in the current financial year so far. In the last three months, the index has gone up by 2.55% whereas in the six months it has gained 1.46%. Nifty50 gained 8.32% in the last one year and went down by one and a half percent.Nifty50 touched its 52-week high level on September 27, 2024 of 26,277 and is currently down by nearly 7% from its 52-week high level.As the benchmark continues to gain momentum post April’s low, the expert believes that the recent rally, while powerful in its own right, is so far unable to breach all-time highs set last September and investors must not consider decisions based on short-term movements and, instead, base their investments on long-term financial goals.Minocha further recommends that long-term-oriented investors must continue to stay put, as timing the entry and exit is never fruitful in most cases, probably less so now, given the uncertainties on the geopolitical front, which may bring about bouts of volatility. “Money required for the near term should not be exposed to equities but instead could be invested in debt or hybrid funds. This rally may give way to consolidation, but there should not be any profit-booking by goal-based investors,” he added.ETMutualFunds looked at the performance of equity mutual fund categories since the April low and found that three categories gained in double-digits in the mentioned period. Since April 7, the Auto sector based funds offered 11.17% average return, international funds gave 10.52% and tech funds have given 10.44% average return in the same period. Mid cap funds offered an average return of 8.94% in the same period, followed by large & mid cap funds which gave an average return of 8.89% in the said time period. Pharma based funds gave the lowest return of 6.92% in the similar time period.Based on the above-mentioned data, the expert mentioned that the rally so far has largely been concentrated, specifically led by autos, international funds, and tech sectors as they enjoyed strong earnings visibility and had global tailwinds in their favor. As on April 28, 2025, the global indices gained upto 9%.Since April's low, the global benchmarks such as Nikkei 225, DAX, Nasdaq, and Hang Seng gained 18.28%, 16.66%, 15.21%, and 13.49% respectively. S&P 500 and NYSE surged 12.33% and 11.61% respectively in the same period, followed by Dow Jones which has gained 8.82%.The expert said that since April's low, the Nifty had a sharp rally of 10%, mostly owing to resilient Indian fundamentals being supported by global cues and the strong corporate earnings, decent GST collections, and optimism around political stability have powered investor sentiment. The domestic investors remained steady; however, a major trigger was the return of foreign institutional investors (FIIs), he added.Commenting on whether the current rally is driven more by domestic fundamentals or global cues, Minocha said that, “On the domestic front, easing inflation fears and hopes of a Fed cut have pumped up risk aversion. Besides these factors, India is increasingly poised to become a long-term beneficiary of shifting global trade flows, especially alongside the U.S. tariff-related uncertainties, that is, at the cost of China, Mexico, and Canada. संगारेड्डी (तेलंगाना), एएनआई। तेलंगाना के संगारेड्डी से एक दिल दहलाने वाला मामला सामने आया है। एक शख्स ने पहले अपने दो बच्चों की जान ली और फिर खुद भी आत्महत्या कर ली। इस घटना को तीन दिन बीत गए, लेकिन किसी को कानों कान खबर तक नहीं लगी।

घर से बदबू आने पर पड़ोसियों ने पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दी। वहीं जब पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची तो 3 लाशें देखकर दंग रह गई। इस घटना से पूरे इलाके में सनसनी फैल गई है।

बेटा,बेटी और पिता की लाश

पुलिस के अनुसार, मृतक की पहचान सुभाष के रूप में हुई है, जो एक लैब टेक्नीशियन था। वहीं उसका 13 साल का बेटा ऋतिक और 9 साल की बेटी आराध्या भी घर में मृत मिले। पुलिस को शक है कि दिनों बच्चों को मारकर सुभाष ने खुद भी फांसी लगा ली।

संगारेड्डी में कोंडापुर पुलिस स्टेशन के इंस्पेक्टर ने बताया-

बीते दिन रात को 9 बजे पुलिस के पास फोन आया कि एक कमरे से अजीब सी बदबू आ रही है। पुलिस जब मौके पर पहुंची तो 3 बच्चे और उनके पिता को मृत पाया।

क्या थी आत्महत्या की वजह?

इंस्पेक्टर ने आगे कहा कि "शुरुआती जांच में पुलिस को संदेह है कि पिता ने पहले अपने दोनों बच्चों को मारा और फिर खुद फांसी लगा ली। उसके ऐसा करने की स्पष्ट वजह सामने नहीं आई है। मगर मुमकिन है कि पत्नी के साथ झगड़ा होने के बाद सुभाष ने इतना बड़ा कदम उठाया हो।

3 दिन से कमरे में बंद थीं लाशें

इंस्पेक्टर के अनुसार, यह घटना 3 दिन पहले की है। तीनों लाशें घर में पड़े-पड़े सड़ने लगी थीं। बदबू आने पर पड़ोसियों ने पुलिस को सूचना दी। हमने इस मामले में FIR लिख ली है। तीनों शवों को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा गया है।

पुलिस कर रही जांच

पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि इस हत्याकांड को लेकर कई सवाल हैं, जिनके जवाब अभी तक नहीं मिले हैं। पुलिस मामले की तह तक जाने की कोशिश कर रही है। परिवारिक झगड़े समेत सभी एंगल से इसकी जांच की जाएगी।

एएनआई, इंफाल। मणिपुर में उग्रवादियों के खिलाफ सुरक्षा बलों की कार्रवाई जारी है। अब सुरक्षाबलों ने उग्रवादियों के खिलाफ एक तलाशी अभियान शुरू किया। अभियान में प्रतिबंधित संगठनों के 11 कार्यकर्ताओं को गिरफ्तार किया गया है।

मणिपुर पुलिस ने इसकी जानकारी दी है। उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य में सुरक्षा बलों ने खुफिया जानकारी के आधार पर तलाशी अभियान चलाया और इंफाल पूर्वी जिले के केराओ वांगखेम और आसपास के इलाकों में विभिन्न प्रतिबंधित संगठनों कांगलीपाक कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (पीपुल्स वार ग्रुप), पीएलए और केसीपी (अपुनबा) के 11 उग्रवादियों को गिरफ्तार किया।

हथियारों का जखीरा बरामद

सुरक्षा बलों ने अभियान से कई राइफलें, गोला-बारूद, मांग पत्र, आधार कार्ड, बम, युद्ध उपकरण और बहुत कुछ सहित हथियारों का जखीरा बरामद किया।

मोबाइल फोन और एक आधार कार्ड जब्त

मणिपुर पुलिस ने 5 मई को बयान जारी कर कहा कि सुरक्षा बलों ने नाओरेम रबीचंद्र सिंह (30), येंगकोकपम प्रेमचन सिंह (22), निंगथौखोंगजम विकास सिंह, सनाबम रतन सिंह (60) को गिरफ्तार किया और उनके पास से 4-4 जिंदा राउंड से भरी 2 एके राइफल, मैगजीन के साथ 1 एम4 राइफल, 5 जिंदा राउंड से भरी 1 एसएलआर राइफल, 5 जिंदा राउंड से भरी 1 .303 राइफल, .303 राइफल के 25 गोला-बारूद और 1 वायरलेस सेट बरामद किया। रतन सिंह से दो मोबाइल फोन और एक आधार कार्ड जब्त किया गया।

4 अन्य कैडर गिरफ्तार

इम्फाल पूर्व में मंटिरिपुखरी फ्रेंच कॉलोनी में एक अन्य अभियान में, केसीपी (पीडब्ल्यूजी) के 4 अन्य कैडरों को 5 मई को गिरफ्तार किया गया। वाहेंगबाम बिमल मैती (25), सोरेनशांगबाम संजना देवी (25), और सेनजाम जेम्स सिंह वांगखेइमायुम तरुण सिंह को गिरफ्तार किया गया और कैडरों से 2 पिस्तौल, प्रतिबंधित संगठन के 5 मांग पत्र, 5 मोबाइल, 2 आधार कार्ड, 3 हाथ के दस्ताने और 1 छलावरण टोपी जब्त की गई।

पीपुल्स लिबरेशन आर्मी (पीएलए) के एक सक्रिय कैडर को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया, जिसकी पहचान मोइरनथेम ओकेन (55) के रूप में हुई, कैडर के पास से 2 पिस्तौल, 1 हथगोला, 1 डेटोनेटर, 3 मोबाइल फोन और 1 स्लिंग बैग बरामद किया गया।

नई दिल्ली, पीटीआई। केंद्र सरकार ने हाल ही में जाति जनगणना कराने की घोषणा की थी। ऐसे में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से तेलंगाना मॉडल पर आधारित कास्ट सर्वे करवाने की अपील की है। उनका कहना है कि आरक्षण से 50 प्रतिशत की सीमा हटाने के साथ-साथ अनुच्छेद 15(5) के तहत एससीसटी और ओबीसी समुदायों को निजी शिक्षण संस्थानों में आरक्षण दिया जाए।

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने पीएम मोदी को पत्र लिखते हुए जाति जनगणना पर सभी राजनीतिक पार्टियों से सलाह मशवरा करने की मांग की है।

खरगे का पत्र

मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने अपने पत्र में लिखा कि, "जाति जनगणना को किसी से विभाजनकारी नहीं माना जा सकता है। इस तरह की कोई भी प्रक्रिया हमारे समाज के पिछड़े, उत्पीड़ित और हाशिए पर पड़े वर्गों को उनके अधिकार देता है।"

पहलगाम हमले का किया जिक्र

बीते दिन पीएम मोदी को लिखे इस पत्र में मल्लिलकार्जुन खरगे ने कहा-

हाल ही में हुए पहलगाम के कायराना हमले में पूरा देश एकजुट हो गया था। ठीक उसी तरह हमारा महान राष्ट्र और उसमें रहने वाले नेक दिल लोग एक साथ आकर इसका समर्थन करेंगे।

खरगे ने क्या कहा?

मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे का कहना है कि " कांग्रेस का मानना है कि कि सामाजिक और आर्थिक न्याय के लिए जाति जनगणना करवाना बेहद जरूरी है। इससे लोगों को बराबरी का दर्जा और अवसर मिलेगा, जैसा हमारे संविधान की प्रस्तावना भी लिखा हुआ है।

कांग्रेस पार्टी के नेता जयराम रमेश ने एक्स पर पोस्ट शेयर करते हुए खरगे की मांग का समर्थन किया है। उन्होंने मलिल्कार्जुन खरगे का पत्र साजा करके लिखा कि, "2 मई को हुई CWC की बैठक के बाद कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने बीती रात पीएम मोदी को एक पत्र लिखा। पहलगाम हमले के बाद एक तरफ पूरा देश क्रोधित है, तो दूसरी तरफ पीएम मोदी ने जाति जनगणना पर यू-टर्न ले लिया है। इस पत्र में खड़गे जी ने सरकार से 3 मांगें की हैं।"

नई दिल्ली, पीटीआई। न्यायिक प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक बड़ा फैसला लिया है। सर्वोच्च अदालत के जजों ने सोमवार को अपनी संपत्ति का ब्यौरा पेश किया। जजों की संपत्ति से जुड़े दस्तावेजों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर अपलोड कर दिया गया है, जिससे यह सभी दस्तावेज सार्वजनिक रूप से उपलब्ध रहें।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दी जानकारी

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि "1 अप्रैल 2025 को भारतीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनिश्चित किया था कि सभी जजों की संपत्ति सार्वजनिक की जाएगी। इसे वेबसाइट पर अपलोड कर दिया गया है। अन्य जजों की संपत्ति से जुड़ी जानकारियां भी अपलोड की जा रही हैं।"

नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया भी सार्वजनिक

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने जजों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया को भी सार्वजनिक करने का फैसला किया है। हाई कोर्ट और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजों की नियुक्ति कैसे होती है, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने इसे भी पब्लिक डोमेन में रखने की घोषणा की है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कहना है कि हाई कोर्ट कॉलेजियम सिस्टम कैसे काम करता है? जजों की नियुक्ति के संबंध में केंद्र सरकार और राज्य सरकारों क्या इनपुट देती हैं और सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कॉलेजियम सिस्टम कैसे काम करता है? यह सभी चीजें अब आम जनता की जानकारी में रहेंगी।

SC ने जारी किया स्टेटमेंट

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्टेटमेंट जारी करते हुए कहा-

9 नवंबर, 2022 से 5 मई, 2025 की अवधि के दौरान उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायाधीशों के रूप में नियुक्तियों के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट कॉलेजियम द्वारा अनुमोदित प्रस्तावों को सार्वजनिक किया जाएगा। इनमें नाम, उच्च न्यायालय, पिछला पद, सुप्रीम कोर्ट कॉलेजियम द्वारा सिफारिश की तारीख, न्याय विभाग द्वारा अधिसूचना की तारीख, नियुक्ति की तारीख, विशेष श्रेणी (एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी/अल्पसंख्यक/महिला) और क्या उम्मीदवार किसी मौजूदा या सेवानिवृत्त उच्च न्यायालय/सुप्रीम कोर्ट के न्यायाधीश से संबंधित है? जैसी सभी जानकारियां सुप्रीम कोर्ट की वेबसाइट पर अपलोड की जा चुकी हैं।

क्यों लिया फैसला?

बता दें कि जस्टिस यशवंत वर्मा पर लगे कैश कांड के आरोपों के बाद सु्प्रीम कोर्ट ने सभी जजों की संपत्ति सार्वजनिक करने की घोषणा की थी। इसके अलावा सर्वोच्च न्यायालय और खासकर कॉलेजियम सिस्टम में जजों की नियुक्तियां अक्सर सवालों के कठघरे में आती हैं, जिसमें पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नियुक्ति की पूरी प्रक्रिया को वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करने का फैसला किया है।

Strong performance across segments lifted both revenue and margins.Revenue for the March quarter came in at Rs 2,876.7 crore, up 19.9% from Rs 2,399.3 crore a year ago. रूस में नौसेना के क्रू को 'तमाल' का इस्तेमाल करने की ट्रेनिंग दी जा रही है। इस शिप की डिलीवरी अगले साल जून में होनी थी, लेकिन अब इसकी डिलीवरी इसी महीने के अंत में 28 मई तक की जाएगी।

रूस में क्रू की ट्रेनिंग जारी

'तमाल' को रूस के यांतर शिपयार्ड में बनाया जा रहा है। इसे दुनिया की सबसे घातक वॉरशिप में गिना जाता है। इस वॉरशिप से दुनिया की सबसे खतरनाक एंटी शिप मिसाइल ब्रह्मोस को दागा जाएगा। इससे पहले INS तुशील भारतीय नौसेना में शामिल हो चुका है।

2016 में हुआ था समझौता

बता दें कि रूस और भारत के बीच 2016 में एक समझौता हुआ था, जिसके तहत रूस को 4 तलवार क्लास स्टेल्थ फ्रिगेट्स बनाने का जिम्मा सौंपा गया था। 9 दिसंबर 2024 को रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने INS तुशील को भारतीय नौसेना में शामिल किया था। अब इसी कड़ी में दूसरी वॉरशिप INS तमाल भी भारतीय नौसेना के जंगी बेड़े का हिस्सा बनने जा रही है।

INS तमाल की खासियतें

• INS तमाल की खासियतों पर बात करें तो इसे तलवार भी कहा जाता है।
• समंदर में 30 नॉटिकल मील प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से चलने वाली 'तमाल' एक बार में 3000 किलोमीटर तक की दूरी तय करने में सक्षम है।
• इससे एंटी शिप ब्रह्मोस मिसाइल भी फायर की जा सकती है।
• 'तमाल' को खासतौर पर एंटी सबमरीन वॉरफेयर के हिसाब से डिजाइन किया गया है।
• इस वॉरशिप में एंटी सबमरीन रॉकेट्स और टॉरपीडो भी मौजूद हैं।
• INS तमाल का वजन 3900 टन होगा।
• इस वॉरशिप पर एक हेलीकॉप्टर को भी तैनात किया जा सकता है।

आखिरी इंपोर्टेड वॉरशिप

बता दें कि भारतीय नौसेना में तलवार क्लास के वॉरशिप 2003 से ही शामिल होने लगे थे। भारतीय नौसेना के पास इस क्लास के 6 जंगी जहाज मौजूद हैं। इनमें से 4 को ब्रह्मोस मिसाइल से लेस किया जा चुका है और 2 को ब्रह्मोस से लेस करने की तैयारी चल रही है। INS तमाल भारतीय नौसेना का आखिरी इंपोर्टेड वॉरशिप होगा। इंडियन नेवी ने यह साफ कर दिया है कि इसके बाद कोई भी वॉरशिप बाहर से नहीं खरीदा जाएगा।
