एएनआई, नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के 52वें चीफ जस्टिस के रूप में जस्टिस बीआर गवई ने शपथ ले ली है और राष्ट्रपति भवन में आयोजित समारोह में राष्ट्रपति ने उन्हें शपथ दिलाई है।

जस्टिस गवई भारत के पहले बौद्ध CJI हैं और आजादी के बाद देश में दलित समुदाय से वे दूसरे सीजीआई हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के चीफ जस्टिस के रूप में उनका कार्यकाल छह महीने का होगा।

जस्टिस बीआर गवई के मुख्य फैसलों की बात करें तो उनमें बुलडोजर जस्टिस के खिलाफ तोड़फोड़, अनुच्छेद 370 को निरस्त करने को बरकरार रखना, डिमोनेटाइजेशन को बरकरार रखना, अनुसूचित जाति कोटे में उप-वर्गीकरण को बरकरार रखना जैसे कई महत्वपूर्ण फैसले शामिल हैं।

बुलडोजर सिस्टम पर जस्टिस गवई ने क्या कहा?

बुलडोजर जस्टिस पर फैसला सुनाते समय उन्होंने आश्रय के अधिकार के महत्व पर जोर दिया था। मनमाने ढंग से तोड़फोड़ की निंदा करते हुए उन्होंने इस तरह की कार्रवाईको प्राकृतिक न्याय और कानून के शासन के सिद्धांतों के खिलाफ बताया था। अपने फैसले में उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया था कि कार्यपालिका, जज, जूरी और जल्लाद की भूमिका नहीं निभा सकती है।

After a positive move in the precious metals, pushed by a cooling inflation, investors chose to book profits as Gold June futures contracts at MCX were trading at Rs 93,195/10 grams, lower by Rs 452 or 0.48. Silver July futures contracts were also trading lower by Rs 704 or 0.73% at Rs 96,063/kg.On Tuesday, gold and silver settled on a positive note in the domestic and international markets. Gold June futures contract settled at Rs 93,647 per 10 grams with a gain of 0.80%, and silver July futures contract settled at Rs 96,767 per kilogram with a gain of 1.49%.Gold and silver curtail the previous session’s losses and gains in the international markets after U.S. inflation cools off in April. The U.S. CPI came at 3.2% on an annual basis in April against March’s reading of 3.3% but slightly up from the expectations of 3.1%.Core CPI remains steady at 2.8% yearly as per expectations. “Cool-off in the U.S. CPI inflation pushed the dollar index lower from its highs and supported gold and silver prices. Gold and silver prices also recovered after the Indian Prime Minister said on Monday that they have halted the operation Sindoor and not stopped permanently,” noted Manoj Kumar Jain of Prithvifinmart Commodity Research.The U.S.-China trade negotiations are supporting silver prices as an industrial metal. However, expectations of a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine could limit gains in gold. “The U.S. 10-year bond yields also gained and could limit gains of gold. We expect gold and silver prices to remain volatile this week amid volatility in the dollar index and geopolitical tensions; gold prices could hold its key support level of $3,140 per troy ounce, and silver prices could also hold $31.40 per troy ounce levels,” he added. एएनआई, नई दिल्ली। पाकिस्तान को ड्रोन भेजकर पाकिस्तान की मदद करने वाले तुर्किए को लगातार आक्रोश का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। अब उदयपुर के संगमरमर कारोबारियों ने तुर्किये का मार्बल नहीं खरीदने का फैसला किया है। इससे पहले पुणे के कारोबारी तुर्किये से सेब का आयात न करने का फैसला कर चुके हैं।

इसके बाद अब उदयपुर मार्बल प्रोसेसर्स कमेटी के अध्यक्ष कपिल सुराणा ने तुर्किये के साथ मार्बल व्यापार बंद करने की बात बोली है। उन्होंने कहा, 'उदयपुर एशिया का सबसे बड़ा मार्बल निर्यातक है। कमेटी के सभी सदस्यों ने सर्वसम्मति से तुर्किये के साथ व्यापार बंद करने पर सहमति जताई थी, क्योंकि तुर्किये पाकिस्तान का समर्थन करता है। भारत में आयात होने वाला 70% मार्बल तुर्किये से आता है।

हम तुर्किए के साथ अपना व्यापार बंद कर दें...

कपिल सुराणा ने आगे कहा,  सिर्फ उदयपुर ही नहीं, अगर सभी मार्बल एसोसिएशन तुर्किये के साथ अपना व्यापार बंद कर दें, तो इससे दुनिया को एक कड़ा संदेश जाएगा कि भारत सरकार अकेली नहीं है, इंडस्ट्री और सभी भारतीय हमारी सरकार के साथ खड़े हैं। अगर हम तुर्किये के साथ व्यापार बंद कर देते हैं, तो भारतीय मार्बल की मांग बढ़ेगी।'

पहले सेब खरीदने पर लगाई रोक

पहलगाम में आतंकी हमले के बाद भारत ने पाकिस्तान की सीमा में घुसकर आतंकी ठिकानों को तबाह किया। इसके बाद दोनों देशों के बीच तनाव काफी बढ़ गया। युद्ध जैसी स्थिति के बीच तुर्किये पाकिस्तान के समर्थन में खुलकर सामने आ गया।

क्यों लिया ऐसा फैसला?

उसके इस रुख से देश के नागरिकों में काफी अक्रोश है। इसी कड़ी में पुणे के व्यापारियों ने तुर्किये से आने वाले सेबों का बहिष्कार करने का निर्णय लिया था। इस निर्णय के बाद अब ये सेब स्थानीय बाजारों से गायब हो गए हैं। सेब अब तुर्की से आयात नहीं किए जा रहे, बल्कि अन्य स्थानों से मंगाए जा रहे हैं। बताया गया है कि फसली सीजन में तुर्किये से लभभग 1,000 से 1,200 करोड़ रुपये के सेब की खरीद की जाती है।

पर्यटकों ने अजरबैजान और तुर्किए से बनाई दूरी

वहीं भारत के साथ हुए संघर्ष के दौरान पाकिस्तान का खुला समर्थन करने वाले तुर्किये और अजरबैजान को भारतीय यात्रियों के गुस्से का शिकार होना पड़ रहा है। भारतीय पर्यटक दोनों देशों की अपनी यात्राओं को रद कर रहे हैं। ईंजॉयमॉय ट्रिप और काक्स एंडकिंग्स जैसी ट्रैवल एजेंसियों ने दोनों देशों की सभी यात्रा पैकेज को निलंबित कर दिया है।

इससे पहले मालदीव ने भी आंखें तरेरी थी। बड़ी संख्या में भारतीय पर्यटकों ने वहां न जाने का निर्णय लिया था। इससे वहां की सरकार को दिन में भी तारे दिखने शुरू हो गए थे। 2023 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने इंटरनेट मीडिया पर लक्षद्वीप की फोटो शेयर करते हुए वहां जाने की अपील की थी।

एएनआई, नई दिल्ली। केंद्र सरकार ने विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर की सुरक्षा में इजाफा किया है। एएनआई ने सूत्रों के हवाले से बताया कि उनके काफिले में एक अतिरिक्त बुलेटप्रूफ वाहन जोड़कर उनकी सुरक्षा बढ़ाई गई है।

क्यों बढ़ाई गई एस जयशंकर की सुरक्षा?

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर को वर्तमान में केंद्रीय रिजर्व पुलिस बल (CRPF) से 'Z' श्रेणी की सशस्त्र सुरक्षा प्राप्त है, उनको अब देशव्यापी आवागमन के लिए उन्नत सुरक्षा वाहन उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।

सीआरपीएफ ने यह निर्णय भारत-पाकिस्तान तनाव से जुड़े हाल के खतरे के आकलन के बाद लिया, जिसमें सुरक्षा बढ़ाने की आवश्यकता बताई गई थी। गौरतलब है कि पिछले साल अक्टूबर में जयशंकर की सुरक्षा को 'Y' से बढ़ाकर 'Z' श्रेणी का कर दिया गया था। सीआरपीएफ ने दिल्ली पुलिस से जयशंकर की सुरक्षा का जिम्मा अपने हाथ में ले लिया था।

किन-किन लोगों को सुरक्षा प्रदान करती है CRPF?

सीआरपीएफ वर्तमान में 210 से अधिक लोगों को वीआईपी सुरक्षा प्रदान कर रही है, जिनमें केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह, नितिन गडकरी, दलाई लामा और कांग्रेस नेता सोनिया गांधी, राहुल गांधी और प्रियंका गांधी वाड्रा शामिल हैं।

विदेश मंत्री की सुरक्षा बढ़ाने का फैसला 22 अप्रैल को पहलगाम आतंकी हमले के बाद भारत की निर्णायक सैन्य प्रतिक्रिया के बाद भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच बढ़े तनाव के बाद लिया गया है।

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर

ऑपरेशन सिंदूर की शुरुआत 7 मई को की गई थी, जिसके तहत पाकिस्तान और पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले जम्मू-कश्मीर में आतंकी ठिकानों को निशाना बनाया गया, जिसमें जैश-ए-मोहम्मद, लश्कर-ए-तैयबा और हिजबुल मुजाहिदीन जैसे आतंकी संगठनों से जुड़े 100 से अधिक आतंकवादियों को मार गिराया गया।

भारत के ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद, पाकिस्तान ने नियंत्रण रेखा और जम्मू-कश्मीर में सीमा पार से गोलाबारी की और साथ ही सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में ड्रोन हमलों का प्रयास किया।

जिसके बाद भारत ने एक समन्वित हमला किया और पाकिस्तान के 11 एयरबेसों में रडार बुनियादी ढांचे, संचार केंद्रों और हवाई क्षेत्रों को क्षतिग्रस्त कर दिया। इसके बाद, 10 मई को भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच संघर्ष विराम की घोषणा की गई।
