पीटीआई, मलप्पुरम। केरल में तीन तलाक का मामला सामने आया है। यहां एक साल से अलग रह रही पत्नी को पति ने फोन पर तीन तलाक दिया। महिला की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने आरोपित पति के खिलाफ केस दर्जकर लिया है। पुलिस को दी गई महिला की शिकायत के मुताबिक पति ने महिला के पिता के फोन पर कॉल करके उसे तीन तलाक दिया है।

इन धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज

पुलिस ने बताया कि महिला की शिकायत के आधार पर आरोपित के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 498ए (क्रूरता), 406 (आपराधिक विश्वासघात) और 34 के साथ-साथ मुस्लिम महिला (विवाह अधिकार संरक्षण) अधिनियम के प्रावधानों के तहत एफआईआर दर्ज की है।

कोंडाट्टी की रहने वाली है महिला

पुलिस ने बताया कि कोंडाट्टी की रहने वाली महिला पिछले एक साल से अपने पति से अलग रह रही है। उसने आरोप लगाया है कि जब वह अपने ससुराल में थी तो उसके पति और परिवार के अन्य लोगों ने क्रूरता की। इस वजह से भारतीय दंड संहिता की धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

जांच के बाद एक्शन लेगी पुलिस

पुलिस का कहना है कि शिकायत पर मामला दर्ज कर लिया गया है। मगर आगे की कार्रवाई मामले की जांच के बाद की जाएगी। इसमें यह देखा जाएगा कि महिला का दावा सही है या नहीं।

पुलिस ने फोन किया जब्त

पति के खिलाफ पीड़िता ने अपनी शिकायत महिला प्रकोष्ठ में दी थी। वहां की एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि हमने वह फोन जब्त कर लिया है, जिस पर पति ने कथित तौर पर कॉल किया था। इसमें तीन तलाक देने की रिकॉर्डिंग है। हम इसकी पुष्टि करेंगे। इसके बाद आगे कदम उठाएंगे। अधिकारी ने कहा कि सत्यापन के बाद अगर जरूरत पड़ी तो एफआईआर से कुछ धाराओं को हटा दिया जाएगा।
