डिजिटल डेस्क, नई दिल्ली। गोवा के शिरगांव में लैराई देवी मंदिर में मची भगदड़ में 6 लोगों की मौत होने की जानकारी सामने आई है और इस घटना में 50 लोग घायल भी हुए हैं। यह घटना तब हुई जब श्रद्धालु वार्षिक जुलूस में भाग ले रहे थे, तभी भीड़ में दहशत फैल गई और भगदड़ मच गई।

शिरगांव में लैराई देवी यात्रा के दौरान भक्तों की भारी भीड़ उमड़ी थी। यह यात्रा हर साल अप्रैल या मई के महीने में आयोजित होती है और लैराई देवी को पार्वती का रूप माना जाता है। इस त्यौहार में गोवा, महाराष्ट्र और कर्नाटक से बड़ी संख्या में श्रद्धालु आते हैं।

सुरक्षा के थे पुख्ता इंतजाम

मंदिर समिति के साथ मिलकर प्रशासन ने भव्य आयोजन के लिए सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए थे। मंदिर में एक हजार से अधिक पुलिसकर्मी तैनात किए गए थे, जिलमें एक पुलिस उपाधीक्षक (DSP) रैंक का अधिकारी भी शामिल था। जेबकतरों को रोकने के लिए कई अधिकारी सादे कपड़े में भी तैनात थे।

सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के मद्देनजर गोवा रिजर्व पुलिस बल को भी मौके पर तैनात किया गया था। यातायात को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए 300 से ज्यादा ट्रैफिक पुलिस कर्मियों को तैनात किया गया था। भीड़ पर नजर रखने के लिए पुलिस ने ड्रोन से भी निगरानी की।

यह आयोजन रात के वक्त हो रहा था और सुबह करीब 4-4.30 बजे अचानक भगदड़ मच गई। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, लोग भागने के लिए धक्का-मुक्की करने लगे थे, जिसके बाद भगदड़ मच गई और अफरा-तफरी फैल गई।

सीएम सावंत ने दी जानकारी

गोवा के मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंत ने कहा कि अचानक बिजली का झटका लगा और उसके बाद फिर भगदड़ मच गई। लेकिन इस भगदड़ के पीछे क्या मुख्य कारण है, इसका अभी सटीक तरीके से पता नहीं चला है।

उन्होंने कहा कि घायलों को गोवा के मेडिकल कॉलेज और उत्तरी गोवा जिला अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। इन दोनों अस्पतालों में डॉक्टरों की अतिरिक्त टीमें तैनात की गई हैं। सीएम सावंत ने अस्पताल पहुंचकर घायलों से मुलाकात की और उनका हालचाल भी लिया।

पीएम मोदी ने जताया दुखा

मुख्यमंत्री प्रमोद सावंत ने कहा कि पीएम मोदी ने स्थिति का विस्तृत जायजा लिया है और मामले को लेकर दुख जताया है और घायलों के शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना की है।

पीएम मोदी ने कहा, "गोवा के शिरगांव में भगदड़ के कारण हुई मौतों से दुखी हूं। अपने प्रियजनों को खोने वालों के प्रति संवेदना प्रकट करता हूं। घायलों के शीघ्र स्वस्थ होने की कामना करता हूं। स्थानीय प्रशासन प्रभावित लोगों की मदद कर रह है।"

गोवा के मंत्री ने कहा- शुरू की गई 24/7 हेल्पलाइन

गोवा के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री विश्वजीत राणे ने बताया कि 24/7 हेल्पलाइन शुरू की गई है, मेडिकल इमरजेंसी के लिए 104 डायल किया जा सकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि गोवा मेडिकल कॉलेज और अन्य जिला अस्पताल पूरी तरह से सुसज्जित हैं और 10 उन्नत एंबुलेंस तैनात की गई हैं।
