जागरण संवाददाता, पटना। प्रदेश में नमीयुक्त पुरवा हवा एवं दक्षिण पूर्व हवा के कारण 24 मई से 31 मई तक प्रदेश के अधिसंख्य भागों में हल्की से मध्यम दर्जे की वर्षा एवं कुछ स्थानों पर भारी वर्षा की चेतावनी है।

अधिसंख्य जिलों के कुछ स्थानों पर मेघ गर्जन के साथ वज्रपात एवं सतही हवा की गति 40-50 किमी प्रतिघंटा की रफ्तार से झोंके के रूप में चलने की संभावना है।

मौसम विज्ञान केंद्र पटना के अनुसार, 27 मई के आसपास पश्चिम मध्य और उससे सटे उत्तरी बंगाल की खाड़ी में कम दबाव का क्षेत्र बनने की संभावना है।

अगले 24 घंटों के दौरान पटना सहित आसपास इलाकों में बादल छाए रहने के साथ कुछ स्थानों पर तेज हवा के साथ बूंदाबांदी व हल्की वर्षा की संभावना है।

समस्तीपुर, वैशाली, सारण, सिवान , गोपालगंज, पूर्वी व पश्चिम चंपारण, सीतामढ़ी, शिवहर, मधुबनी, दरभंगा में 50-60 किमी प्रतिघंटा की रफ्तार से हवा चलने के साथ मेघ गर्जन, वज्रपात को लेकर औरेंज अलर्ट जबकि पटना सहित शेष जिलों में यलो अलर्ट जारी किया गया है।

बीते 24 घंटों के दौरान मुंगेर, बांका, बेगूसराय, खगड़िया, समस्तीपुर, अररिया, वैशाली में वर्षा दर्ज की गई। मुंगेर के असरगंज में सर्वाधिक वर्षा 112.8 मिमी दर्ज की गई।

शुक्रवार को पटना का अधिकतम तापमान 36.1 डिग्री सेल्सियस जबकि 40.0 डिग्री सेल्सियस के साथ डेहरी सबसे गर्म रहा। बेगूसराय, बांका, मुंगेर, मधुबनी, अररिया , किशनगंज, पूर्णिया व कटिहार को छोड़ कर पटना सहित शेष जिलों के अधिकतम तापमान में वृद्धि दर्ज की गई।

मौसम के बदलते मिजाज को देखते हुए मौसम विभाग ने किसान भाईयों को सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी है। फसलों को सुरक्षित स्थानों पर भंडारण करना होगा।

मुंगेर के धरहरा में 92.8 मिमी, बांका के शंभूगंज में 92.2 मिमी, खगड़िया में 56.4 मिमी, बेगूसराय के नवाकोठी में 43.8 मिमी, समस्तीपुर के हसनपुर में 37.4 मिमी, भागलपुर के शाहकुंड में 35.4 मिमी, मुंगेर के तारापुर में 30.6 मिमी, बांका के अमरपुर में 26.2 मिमी, अररिया में 12 मिमी , समस्तीपुर में 10 मिमी, खगड़िया के मानसी में 8.6 मिमी एवं वैशाली में 8.5 मिमी वर्षा दर्ज की गई।

सुनील राज, पटना। अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (एम्स) दरभंगा की विस्तृत कार्य योजना (डीपीआर) करीब दो महीने में तैयार हो जाएगा। सरकार ने एम्स दरभंगा के डीपीआर निर्माण का कार्य आईआईटी दिल्ली को सौंपा है। जिसने परियोजना पर कार्य प्रारंभ कर दिया है। पिछले दिनों केंद्र सरकार के अधिकारियों के साथ हुई एक उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में यह बात सामने आई।

बैठक में मौजूद केंद्र सरकार की निर्माण एजेंसी एचएससीसी (इंडिया) के प्रतिनिधि महाप्रबंधक प्रोजेक्ट सुभाष शर्मा ने जानकारी दी कि दरभंगा एम्स के लिए राज्य सरकार ने जो जमीन चिह्नित की है उसका सीमांकन हो चुका और पिलर गाड़े जा रहे हैं।

इसके बाद बाउंड्री का कार्य किया जाएगा, जिसकी निविदा प्राप्त की जा चुकी है। बैठक में शामिल जल संसाधन विभाग के प्रधान सचिव ने दरभंगा एम्स के निर्माण के लिए प्राप्त जमीन को बाढ़ के पानी एवं जल जमाव से बचाने के लिए चारो ओर से रिंग बांध बनाने का सुझाव दिया है।

बैठक में यह सुझाव भी दिया गया कि एम्स परिसर से पानी निकासी के लिए संप हाउस का निर्माण किया जा सकता है। सुभाष शर्मा ने कहा कि जिस जमीन पर एम्स का निर्माण होना है उस जमीन पर लगभग पांच मीटर मिट्टी भराई की आवश्यकता है।

प्रदेश सरकार के प्रतिनिधि ने उन्हें जानकारी दी कि मिट्टी भराई के लिए सरकार ने 309.29 करोड़ रुपये की राशि स्वीकृत की है। जल संसाधन विभाग ने चिह्नित जमीन के निकट नदियों के गाद का उपयोग करने के लिए अनापत्ति प्रदान करने की सहमति दी गई।

इन बिंदुओं के अतिरिक्त बैठक में एम्स दरभंगा के लिए ग्रिड स्टेशन की स्थापना का सुझाव दिया गया। साथ ही पावर सब स्टेशन बनाने की बात भी उठी। पावर सब स्टेशन पर करीब 11.67 करोड़ रुपये की लागत आएगी। जबकि ग्रिड स्टेशन पर 347 करोड़ का व्यय संभावित है।

बैठक में पथ निर्माण विभाग ने जानकारी दी कि संपर्कता के लिए शोभन में बाइपास के फोर लेन का कार्य किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा यहां जलापूर्ति के लिए पंप हाउस की स्थापना होगी।

• 188 एकड़ जमीन पर एम्स दरभंगा का निर्माण होना है। परियोजना के निर्माण का जिम्मा एचएससीसी इंडिया लिमिटेड को सौंपा गया है। पूरे निर्माण पर करीब 1261 करोड़ रुपये की लागत आएगी।
• पहले चरण में आवंटित जमीन में से 2.25 लाख वर्ग मीटर से अधिक में एम्स के भवनों का निर्माण होगा। पूरी परियोजना को 36 महीने में पूरा करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।
• 2019 में घोषित एम्स दरभंगा में अस्पताल, एक मेडिकल कॉलेज, एक आयुष अस्पताल, डाक्टरों और कर्मचारियों के आवास के साथ ही अध्ययनरत छात्रों के लिए हॉस्टल बनेंगे।
