एएनआई, नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कर्नल सोफिया कुरैशी के खिलाफ विवादित टिप्पणी मामले में बीजेपी मंत्री कुंवर विजय शाह की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक को लेकर अपना फैसला सुनाया है। कोर्ट ने मपी के मंत्री विजय शाह की गिरफ्तारी पर रोक के अपने अंतरिम आदेश को आगे बढ़ाया।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट के समक्ष लंबित कार्यवाही को भी बंद कर दिया क्योंकि टॉप अदालत इस मामले पर विचार कर रही है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने डीआईजी पुलिस की तरफ से प्रस्तुत रिपोर्ट की जांच की जिसमें कहा गया है कि तीन आईपीएस अधिकारियों की एसआईटी गठित की गई थी और 21 मई को जांच शुरू हुई थी।

एसआईटी रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि सबूत इकट्ठा किए गए है, गवाहों के बयान दर्ज किए गए हैं और जांच अभी शुरुआती फेस में है। इसके लिए अभी और समय चाहिएम सुनवाई के बाद सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एसआईटी को जांच के लिए समय दे दिया।

सोफिया कुरैशी पर दिया था विवादित बयान

विजय शाह आलोचनाओं के घेरे में तब आए थे, जब उन्होंने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर की जानकारी मीडिया के सामने रखने वाली कर्नल सोफिया कुरैशी पर अपमानजनक टिप्पणी की थी। इसके लिए मध्य प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट ने उन्हें पहले फटकार लगाई थी। वहीं इस मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पिछली सुनवाई 19 मई को की थी।

पीटीआई, चेन्नई। चेन्नई में दिसंबर 2024 में एक सनसनीखेज मामला सामने आया था, जहां एक छात्रा का यौन उत्पीड़न किया गया था। अब इस मामले में चेन्नई की एक महिला अदालत ने अन्ना विश्वविद्यालय की छात्रा के साथ हुई शर्मनाक घटना को लेकर आरोपी ज्ञानशेखरन दो दोषी करार दिया है।

कब मिलेगी सजा?

अदालत ने माना है कि आरोपी के खिलाफ लगाए गए आरोप सच है इसलिए ज्ञानशेखरन को दोषी करार दिया गया है। इस मामले को लेकर न्यायाधीश दो जून को फैसला सुनाने वाली हैं।

हालांकि, आरोपी को क्या सजा होगी, इसे लेकर महिला अदालत की न्यायाधीश राजलक्ष्मी 2 जून को अपना फैसला सुनाएंगी। बता दें, इस मामले के आरोपी व्यक्ति के तमिलनाडु में सत्तारूढ़ द्रमुक के साथ कथित संबंधों की वजह से राजनीतिक विवाद भी खड़ा हो गया था।

एमके स्टालिन की सफाई

हालांकि, विवाद बढ़ने के बाद पार्टी अध्यक्ष और मुख्यमंत्री एमके स्टालिन ने इसी साल जनवरी के महीने में कहा था कि ज्ञानशेखरन सिर्फ एक समर्थक था, वह द्रमुक का सदस्य नहीं था।
